Although we had to cancel our holiday due to unforeseen circumstances, the care and service provided by Jasmine was amazing! From the very first phone call, to booking and answering any queries we had, Jasmine was so patient and explained everything to us so clearly. We will definitely be booking again in the future when we are able to!

Just returned from brill holiday to Gran Canaria with entire family, children and grandchildren. Being in a wheelchair I have been wary of flying but World Accessible arranged everything, from Accessible seats, to separate transport to hotel and they have a range of hotels on their site that provide help for less able people. Would have no qualms in using them again

This is the 2nd time in 2 years we've booked our holiday using World Accessible Holidays, and again they provided a great service.  They found an accessible hotel for us and ensured they got written confirmation that we'd be allocated a wheelchair accessible room before any money was paid.  They sorted out the assistance at both airports, seats on the plane for the 4 of us and private transfers in a wheelchair accessible vehicle. 

Nothing was too much trouble.  Because we had to book 2 rooms (the accessible family room was only for 3 people), Paula contacted the hotel to see if they could leave some complimentary soft drinks in the room for the children, which they did. 

Everything went smoothly at the airports, during the transfers and at the hotel. We would definitely use World Accessible Holidays again. 

We wanted to organise a trip to Legoland in Billund for our son, who loves Lego. However, J is a full-time wheelchair user and needs a profiling bed and a hoist in accommodation. We tried to source this ourselves last year but couldn't find anyone who had any knowledge about where to get the equipment we needed. Paula and Steve at World Accessible Holidays really went the extra mile to chase these things down for us and give us the chance to go on this holiday. We simply would not have gone to Denmark unless the bed and hoist was sourced. Communication was great and prompt at all times, and everything went smoothly. The only nagging issue was not their fault - we stayed at Lalandia resort in Billund - about a mile from the airport. But we needed an accessible transfer for J and the family. None could be sourced locally because the journey was so short, so the only option was to pay for a more expensive one from a company about 20 miles away. This was not the fault of WAH, but is something other travellers who travel in wheelchairs and need a WAV to get to accommodation should keep in mind - as the buses from the airport to Billund are coaches and do not take wheelchairs unfortunately.

A great experience with Paul and the team from start to finish arranging our accessible Holiday. Nothing was too much for them even with my different demands.
When we was on holiday, they also kept in touch to make sure everything went smoothly.
Would highly recommend them I will definitely use them in the future.

We’ve just returned from an amazing 4-night break in Tenerife, staying in an accessible room at the Hard Rock Hotel — all arranged by World Accessible Holidays, and we couldn’t be happier!

We left it fairly late to book our holiday in Gran Canaria. Nevertheless Steve and Paula managed to pull an excellent trip together for us.
We were supported at each stage of our journey and the hotel fully supported my disability needs.
The room was large and the bathroom fully accessible for a wheelchair.
There is always a little bit of anxiety when travelling to a new destination with someone else organising the trip but this trip was worry free.

Terrific experience, thank you to Paula for helping me plan the trip of a lifetime. I had never been on holiday by myself before which was largely due to me being neurodivergent. Thanks to Paula’s planning I felt safe in exploring Japan. Paula helped me find tourist information centres in every area I visited. She also helped devise an itinerary for every tourist spot I visited, from the imperial palace to the mt Fuji region. Also helped me devise a travel plan for getting in between these places. The hotels were excellent too and the trip was very well prepared. I cannot recommend Paula and her team enough, thank you for helping me enjoy the experience of a lifetime.

August 2024 was our 1st time abroad since needing a wheelchair accessible hotel and airport assistance.  We were very anxious about it, but right from the initial contact, World Accessible Holidays were brilliant.  From finding us a hotel, securing the accessible room, arranging the assistance at Liverpool and Antalya airports (which were both amazing!), selecting the seats and booking the private transfers.  Everything went smoothly!  We will definitely be using them again when looking for our next holiday. 

I contacted World Accessible Holidays as it was going to be the first time flying with my daughter since she became a full time wheelchair user. We had less than a month before contacting them until we went away, best thing l ever did. We told them our requirements, what we needed in terms of accessibility and what kind of things we wanted to do on holiday. They sent through three options and one was absolutely perfect. They took care of everything booking the hotel, accessible transfers to and from the hotel, assistance for the plane and made sure we had all our travel documents in order.
They give the right amount of support without being intrusive, it was really good to know that they were there to help and sort out any problems we might have had.
We had a fantastic holiday and look forward to booking through them again.

Paula and Steve sorted out a city break for us at very short notice and it was spot on. We hadn't even thought of Valencia but went with their suggestion and we are glad we did. The flights transfers and accommodation were all arranged and all details stored on the very useful dedicated app. This was the first time we had heard of World Access Travel but we will be using them again for our next holiday.

I came across World Accessible Holidays through The BackUp Trust and couldn't believe I hadn't used them before!
