Paula was responsible for organising a break in Spain for a young man who uses a wheelchair full time. Everything during the process was prompt, organised with great attention to detail. My favourite part was receiving the important travel documents in chronological order posted out to us prior to our departure. We had lots of extra requests to deal with and Paula handled our demands like a pro! Paula was on hand and contactable at all hours to make sure everything was going smoothly before we even took off, during our holiday and again when we landed. We would highly recommend Paula and her expertise to anybody wishing to book a break with accessibility considerations in mind.

Paula went out of her way to book us the most amazing holiday in Thailand. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and her communication was fantastic.

Paula was available any time throughout our booking. She always replied to emails or messages quickly and efficiently. She made our booking very easy and even when we were away, we could call her anlt any time if needed. We have had the perfect stress free experience and would definitely recommend booking through Paula.

Paula was amazing at organising my holiday. From a brief conversation and providing our preferred dates she came up with a few options and when we chose one with excursions included we didn't change one thing - it was spot on!
We had a change to one event which Paula quickly sorted and every question I had she responded to quickly and promptly.
She also understood the type of accommodation we would prefer and the hotel she chose was excellent.
I can't recommend Paula highly and will definitely be using her again!

I've always wanted to see the Pyramids in Egypt but kept putting it off. There were also other things that I wanted like the Valley of the Kings and also a Nile cruise. I met Paula Hanson at a networking meeting and got chatting and realised she was good and knew how to manage and create holidays. Visa, pre-check in, tours, flights, transfers, guides, you name it. Can't thank you enough for making it such a memorable holiday of a lifetime. There's no way I could have organised it myself.

From the moment we first reached out to for help to the second we landed back in the UK, Paula took care of everything. We were a bit uncertain initially when she suggested sandals, however it ended up being everything we were looking for. We had, what could have been difficult holiday arrangements, made so much smoother thanks to Paula at World Explorer Holidays. Paula performed a mini-miracle by getting our already-booked flight changed to a different airline, with no charge to us, as the original carrier couldn't commit to allowing us to use the special seating we had. Imagine trying to do that yourself!
Everything was arranged for us from the moment we entered the airport in the UK to getting home and everything in between!
We have a disabled little lad and all the tricky things to worry about like extra luggage, assistance, wheelchair transfers were all sorted and worked flawlessly.
Easy to recommend and happy to say we'll be booking through Paula again once we've decided on our next adventure.

Paula was fantastic in arranging our holiday to Canada...she took it in her stride when we decided to extend our stay and change our flights - she even sent us recommendations for restaurants!
