Great help from Paula; from start to finish. Always happy to answer our questions or ask others the questions for me. Saved all the admin aspects of booking a trip, plus even bought a laminator to prepare the required bag tags!! I will continue to use and recommend this great service.

Our experience from Paula was exceptional, full credit to her skills and determination to find us the perfect resort, from midnight questions to Sunday queries, Paula was on hand at near enough every waking moment, not that we needed that, Paula was just absolutely perfect - flawless.
I have never used a Travel Agent because they have always given me fear of uncontrollable planning. Paula literally erased that and we will 110% use her skills again if she will have us!
We stayed at Meeru Island Resort & Spa in the Maldives, it was AMAZING. Once in a lifetime experience my husband and I will remember in our hearts forever.

We Couldn't recommend Paula enough. She put together a holiday to Canada for us which was just what we wanted. Our flights kept getting cancelled, but she was always on hand to sort things out. We definitely would use her again.

Paula booked our recent holiday to Mauritius and Dubai. She was excellent, and provided recommendations on accommodation and flights that turned out to be invaluable!

Paula curated an absolutely perfect city break in Copenhagen for us, which was a gift for my partner Sean’s birthday.
She carefully chose a beautiful boutique hotel with excellent sustainability creds and quirky details in an area that reflected our wishes to be off the usual tourist track.
She contacted the hotel in advance to let them know it was a special occasion and we had a welcome note and chocolates waiting for us.
More than anything else however, Paula took the stress away of having to sort out new flights after our original provider cancelled. As a busy self-employed person - this service was priceless, and I will certainly always be booking with Paula where possible in future. Thank you so much, you’re a gem. X

Great holiday! I was recommended to contact Paula after attempting to book a holiday through another travel agency who couldn’t give me any details of accessibly within the resorts or hotels. My son has CP and needed wheelchair access to the room and hotel. Paula recommended Costa Adeje in Tenerife, she found a hotel that was suitable for our needs and arranged all the assistance needed including private adapted transfers to and from the hotel. She contacted the hotel personally on our behalf to ensure we had the correct room reserved and that the rest of our party would be close by. We had an an amazing holiday that was totally stress free. Thank you Paula for going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

Wonderful holiday in an amazing villa. Pool area and patio were perfect. Steps not suitable for young families or people with mobility restrictions. A few things could have improved the holiday- safe didn’t work even though we had maintenance attend to fix it, it still didn’t work. Some small things could improve the villa, a teapot or large coffee pot, Some large wine glasses, some inflatables in pool, we bought our own and left them there. The v steep hill to resort was a challenge but we soon got used to it. Overall fabulous villa, fantastic holiday and all went very smoothly.

It was our first time travelling abroad on a package holiday with our non-mobile daughter and a carer.
I was very anxious as there were a lot of special hotel requirements, special assistance at airports, car hire and equipment involved. I came across Paula and she completely took care of everything. She really got to know us well, our likes and needs, listen carefully to our requirements and painstakingly communicated every detail with the tour operator, hotel and car hire company among others.
Paula is very experienced and knowledgeable in all areas involving special needs and accessible travelling. Our holiday was faultless, relaxed and perfect for our daughter’s and our family needs.

Can not recommend enough! Paula helped me from the idea of wanting to go on holiday as a family with one of our sons in an electric wheel chair. She chose the destination carefully meeting all of our requirements. She dealt with all the booking and paperwork side of things for the electric chair. She calmed my every worry about travel and was even on hand when I had questions whilst there. I will only book abroad holidays though here in future. Had such an amazing time!

Paula couldn’t be more helpful. She helped us choose a perfect holiday at a bargain price and she was on hand for my 50 million questions. I am a wheelchair user so it’s not simple to just book and go and everything went so smoothly.

Arrived back from the Maldives 2 weeks ago. Should have gone last February but obviously not able to. All rebooked and organised seamlessly by Paula. Nothing was too much trouble. Paula provided us with a breakdown of each area and things to see,making personal recommendations of places to see and eat, ensuring we maximize our time and could plan to see and do everything !
She made sure that prior to our trip we knew all regulations re covid and whilst away as things changed Paula made sure we knew exactly what to do for a smooth trip home. Even down to sending links for refunds in tests booked

I started looking to book my honeymoon last year where I contacted several travel companies (Blueberry Travel, Southall Travel, Lux Travel, Travel Trolley, Luxtripper, Virikson Holiday) and many independent travel agents too.

We ended up booking a honeymoon to Dubai (5 nights) and Maldives (7 nights) and it was AMAZING. Paula went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best honeymoon ever and we sure did.

Paula would literally be on call 24/7 to answer any questions or queries we had and put us at total ease.

Paula worked with us to ensure that we were totally happy with what he had. We flew back to the UK two weeks ago from our honeymoon and we wouldnt have had the best time if it wasent for Paula.

Fabulous friendly service by Paula she was a star did everything for us as nothing was a problem for her. I would never use anyone one else now as all stress of booking,searching,offers,booking all extra’s for us was brilliant service.
Cant wait to book our next holiday as she helped us with two cancellations due to covid so then we was worrying but she came up with a fabulous choice we was treated like Royalty for our 10 nights away.

Paula was amazing from start to finish . We had to cancel 2 holidays due to Covid restrictions but she sorted this out immediately and even recommended our final hotel in Corfu which was exactly what we had asked for and much more . First time using World Explorer Holidays. As being in a wheelchair i needed extra help and equipment to meet my needs.

Paula, went way beyond my expectations and made sure of all my needs were met accordingly.

As i need additional mobility equipment Paula made sure it was all at the apartment when I arrived she even sent photos of the equipment at the apartment fitting perfectly few hours before my flight for the piece of mind.

Absolutely Brilliant Holiday in Kefalonia. Had two weeks staying in a marvelous villa in Fiscado. Right on the seafront, 5 minutes walk from the town centre. A fantastic choice of restaurants catered for all our needs. Paula at World Explorer Holidays arranged everything - flights, transfer, car hire and all required documentation. Took a lot of the stress away.
Cannot recommend highly enough.
