"I'm extremely satisfied with Wrlife outpatient coverage! We've been with them for 2 years, and the service has been top-notch. As a family of five (myself, my wife, and our 3 kids), we've had plenty of opportunities to test their coverage, and they've always come through.
The claims process is hassle-free, and the customer service team is friendly and helpful. We've never had any issues getting the care we need, and the network of hospitals and clinics is extensive.

I can only recommend this insurance company, which has truly supported us through our first medical issues and emergencies since moving to Bangkok.
We’ve been living here for about a month and a half, and my wife was unfortunately diagnosed with pneumonia, which required a two-day stay in a hospital. We were extremely impressed by the quality of care — a Japanese private clinic with an individual room and a level of comfort that even many European hospitals can’t match.
Throughout the entire process, the Assistance Team has been in contact with us and provide information update, was absolutely outstanding. He stayed in constant communication with us, coordinated everything with the clinic, ensured that all medical expenses were fully covered, and made sure my wife — and our whole family — were well taken care of. His support made a huge difference in reducing our stress during what was a very difficult time for us.
We’re genuinely happy with the service, the responsiveness, and the human touch of this company. Considering the level of support and the quality of coverage, the value for money is excellent.
I wholeheartedly recommend this insurance to anyone living in Bangkok — especially families looking for real peace of mind.

A company that has a great customer service for refunding the claims. As long as you respect the way how to claim (as a customer we receive a file when we subscribe on how to file a claim) things are smooth and very quick
