Although I am not good with computers, I was able to use the YBS website fairly eagerly, and each account was raised without too many problems.

The staff were really helpful and having a branch in Cromer was really convenient. The staff saw me almost immediately and sorted out my new bond and ISA. Such good convenience and helpfulness.

I am thouroughly impressed by YBS.

I have an easy access savings account, and when I need to transfer cash out for an unexpected bill, it transfers out wihout issue.

I pay in monthly on pay day, and it always tarbnsfers in with ease.

I opened an ISA and when a better rate camer in, I transferred over with ease.

I had an issue with My Voice, and tjis was sorted within 24 hours.

The app wouldn't allow me to manage account after ios update, and within 24 hours of my query, I received communication they were aware and working on it.

I plan on staying with YBS, as I encounter very rare probelms that are sorted quickly, and I feel my money is safe.

I do not do online banking so was able to open an ISA account at the bank. The lady explained everything to me, sorted all the paper work out even went above and beyond so I didn’t have to go back to the bank the next day.

Easy to open account online. This was followed up by YBS with a phone call. Appreciated contact with a human. Not so easy to find these days.

On-line functionality to take out a new account was straight forward and easy to do. The final ISA transfer transaction was quick and efficient plus the follow-up personal contact from my local branch was very welcoming and "warm" in tone.

I do not know why I am getting messages from YBS! Knowing that I still had an active account from several years ago I visited the branch in Portsmouth and was told no account existed. The account pre-dated YBS and unfortunately I no longer have any records after that visit.

I was greeted by the lovely Charlotte at the branch. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Charlotte explained my options clearly and concisely allowing me to make an informed choice opening an ISA account.

I had a private meeting without time pressures and was fully informed to assist my decision and helped all the way to raise an account. I might have found a better interest rate elsewhere but a truly personal service is worth more.
