fraudulent company. they charged my credit card for an annual package even without asking me. there is no option to remove your credit card details from their website. bunch of fraudsters.

My elderly mother watches a few channels and we renewed the service in Feb this year. After a month or so of decent service, her channels have been "cannot be shown in your region for copyright reasons". We checked our profile and it has gone from UK to the US. But can we get this reversed? No. Emails receive automated Ticket Opened, then immédiate Ticket Closed, messages. Phone calls go to a voicemail with no space left. WhatsApp messages ends up being equally pointless because Chat history is not picked up by the Agent. What a bunch of cowboys! We've asked by WhatsApp for an immediate and full refund. And now they've become shy as well as inept.

I would advise not to use Yup tv , prices are much higher and not much customer service you get … they will promise compensation for channels not working .. and never contact customers on refund.

Worst customer service and no prorated amount back if you want to discontinue. prices are high too and you have to keep switching multiple apps and so many difficulties. There are so many other options available for the best price and contents are good too. Please dont fall into this app.
They have asked for contact details . Even after providing details nothing happened - no response. nothing, example of their customer service

This app is a fraud . They ask you to subscribe offering many tv channels and when you subscribe their app is not working they also do not refund money and just say sorry most of the programs not working.
In one word fraudulent app

Yupp TV marketing guys are spam. Change your credit card or else they keep charging every year even after repeated requests to un- subscribe

Mohammad Aseef, the agent who attended to my call was extremely professional and helpful. He was polite and answered all my questions patiently. He even helped me get a good deal on my package subscription.
It’s been more than 40 hours since Yupp TV charged for activating Aha and SunNxt. As per the agreed policy, this should have been done within 24 hours. However, you failed to do so, claiming that my number had not been shared to activate. But it is more of your operational failure which has impacted the customer.
The most frustrating aspect of Yupp TV is the mode of communication, which is only through WhatsApp. This wastes the customer's time, as they are kept waiting for hours. If we miss the response after waiting for hours, the session is ignored, forcing us to restart the chat. It's all a waste of time.

i have not renew the package and i had call and ask to renuew , i replied do not need. but with out any concern this company charged £139.99
even though its says£119 for renew.
I had already email them to refund. lets see whats is the out come. But i will not recommend any one. And i will say please do consider before provide the card details to this company.

Too much advertisements...coming abnormally inbetween the programmes resulted in missing content... Very irritating... Paying to watch stupid advertisements.

The customer service we got from Mohammad Aseef last year and this year is always great. The service is one of the reasons we are still customer here.
Do not subscribe or renew YuppTV anymore. Once paid no customer care or no support from them. They will only ask more money but no proper response/ support

After renew couldn’t watch due to activation fee ..Aseef helped to resolve the issue..Really happy and continue to be a happy customer of yupptv
When I renewed my subscription last year, I received a promotional offer of 3 months free. However, during my subscription period, Sun TV was removed from the package, and I was informed that I would need to pay extra to include Sun TV again. I specifically asked if this change would affect my current subscription, and I was assured that it would not. I agreed to pay the additional fee.
Later, I discovered that YuppTV had upgraded me to a new 12-month plan, effectively nullifying the 3 months free deal I had initially received. Despite reaching out to them through various customer support channels, I did not receive helpful assistance. Consequently, I have decided not to renew my subscription further.

I have subscribed yearly package on Apr 3 and They didn't shared AHA & SUN tv subscriptions details.
They charged again on Apr 6 from My credit card
Their customer service number is not at all working. Sent couple of emails and No use. They just open a ticket and No one is working on that. This is Ridicules
worst service I have ever experienced.
