Beware - it’s a scam
I have been with them since 2 years. They called me in Feb to renew; a month before the actual expiry. They speak very nicely and sweetly. I paid for a year.
Once you pay for the year - there is no refund and no turning back.

3 weeks back Sony Liv didn’t work and asked me to pay 36£. It took them 4 days to sort this out.

Again this week it stopped working. Again it took 5 days to resolve.

You have no option to call and connect. You are at the mercy of them to respond on chat whenever they want and they repeatedly ask you the same questions; I told them, I watch the shows on iPad; still they keep asking me this question.

No renewals next year; your customer service is horrible. You can enjoy the subscription I paid this year; not again guys.

Plus the chat agents have the audacity to write to me in bold letters when I ask for a refund. Imagine their audacity- I am the customer who is facing problems and I am bullied because I asked for a refund.

Horrible. Will try and see if there are any customer care tribunals to deal with thugs like them.

User friendly

It was nice talking to Mr. Mohammad Aseef in live chat for support. I hope my subscription auto renewal will be cancelled.

A blatantly fraud organisation


A blatantly fraud organisation. They have stolen money from my bank account twice just because I gave them my credit card once when I bought their useless service .No response on why they have deducted 400 dollars from my account under false pretext of renewing. . Not once but twice. lodging a police complaint. PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS

I had some issues but they called & fixed the problems. Good service.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY - BEWARE

I paid for a full year of service thinking that it is a legit business. However , most of streams had issues and were slow now Sony LIV HAS STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY. I am being asked to pay £36 more for subscription by Sony liv which I already paid as part of the yearly subscription.
THERE IS NO SUPPORT AVAILABLE AS PHONES AND WEBCHAT IS DISABLED . It seems that the company has just taken the money and now are disappearing.
I will be raising a credit card dispute under distance selling regulations for fraud if I don’t receive any communication or refund for a service which doesn’t work

Absolute scam & they have stolen my money

Absolute scam. After they called my husband many times and flooded my inbox with emails, I emailed them to stop harassing us. Immediately I see a charge for $219 on my account. I am sick of being harassed by this company who is now stealing from me. These people are scammers. Never use this service.
Update: they never contacted me and have not refunded the money they stole. BEWARE

Stay away iam not going to renew and…

Stay away iam not going to renew and will try to cancel .
From past few days it’s not working when I tried to call them they are not answering calls
Manage to chat some one online but no real help.
The chat adviser confirmed that they have disabled the phone. I have taken the screen shot of chat as well .
If they can’t provide their service they most issue full refund.
Avoid pay bit extra and get better service from other providers.

ETV stopped working for more than 20…

ETV stopped working for more than 20 days and multiple emails were sent ,no response . Worst customer service . There is no ETA but we paid for one year

This is ridiculous service . I
Provided the details needed , but silence . We paid off year and they won’t even tell what is the issue , leave alone refunding

One of the worst customer care service

One of the worst customer care service. They have not provided us the service from past 20days on etv .it always shows "we are preparing your steam. Please try later" from 20 days these disgusting yupptv customer care people did not resolve our issue. But they make us pay for whole year. Very cheep.

Stay away I would give zero starts if possible

I would give zero starts if possible. They are not interested in keeping customers aware of the situation with Etv. Etv is also scamming us by not sharing the stream correctly. They are shifty companies that need to be subject to a class action lawsuit for taking our money, not giving us the service, no communications, just junk replies. They are fast with taking our money but don't seem to understand how to then treat customers.
