I have given 1 star to this shocking company as it is not possible to give less, absolutely atrocious from start a carrier pigeon could do better tracking started on 08th and since is in the same place, shocking work folks get a grip of reality who is willing to hurry up and wait!?

38 days after the package was sent by seller(no updates) and just recently told the package was already sent back to the seller. the shipping was cancelled(of course). i'm assuming they forgot to ship my package and it was literally just left to rot in the warehouse until they found it.

Never use this company the lack of customer service and willingness to help is pitiful. Ive had two items not arrive and only get the run around that my package would be redelivered in 3-5 i keep getting old this at the end of that said "3-5" days. No one answers the emails and when you call the narrative on the status of the package continues to change. This company is a disgrace and needs to be shut down.

I have tracked the status of my purchase on the shipping company Yanwen website which entrusted IMile with completing the delivery in Italy (Order #C12057630, tracking number UK482515933YP, made on the COMMENSE website on 21st September). However, the package appears to have been delivered to a completely WRONG address, different from the one specified during the purchase process.

I have sent them an e-mail attaching the two photos uploaded by the courier, Vincenzo Marino, which show the delivery confirmation. On the photos, it is stated that the actual recipient was me, which is a completely false statement, as this is not my address and I did not receive anything.

Indeed, my house's security cameras don't show any courier making the delivery, and no one has contacted me on the mobile number I provided during the purchase.

I demand a full refund of €63.31 or for the package to be re-sent to my correct address.

Failed to even bother delivering the 2 orders they were courier to, incorrect address my foot, I live in a popular and large apartment building, and it never had a trouble with any sort of delivery ever until this horrible company. Now the items I didn’t get are no longer available and some more gifts not to mention the fact that they took almost a month to get here and made it all the way here from overseas only to fail at the very last step

Yanwen is an awful shipping company that companies like Makeship use to deliver plushies that people have bought. Not only did my package get stolen, but the person who delivered said package placed it in an open area in a TOTALLY DIFFERENT building number than what was on the package. The fact that this was limited edition and that Yanwen has no customer support overseas is extremely frustrating, especially because it's very apparent that the deliverer just completely ignored that it was placed in the wrong building. They had even taken a picture that clearly showed that it was in the wrong apartment building.

I'm never ordering from Makeship again, not unless they change their carrier from Yanwen to a provider that actually knows what they're doing.

I have been waiting for my package. Forgot unit number went to notify them of unit number emailed them. got run around. My package has not been delivered nothing going on with it. Company I ordered package from is being generous and will be sending replacement. But the package I originally was suppose to get still in limbo. No updates nothing not impressed

They lack to resolve the issue, the lady was so and unprofessional. It got to the point she told me I was talking too much, I said yes because I want my package! They couldn’t give me any answers as to why I can’t get my package. Did not even want to give me their phone number to the warehouse. When asked why? Because they can’t!!! I asked to add delivery instructions oh they can’t! Didn’t wanna hand over my package because the driver wasn’t to the warehouse yet…. They have no interest in resolving any issue with the customer, I hope this place closes down. They’re a whole joke oh & I was told they can’t guarantee delivery for my package like wtf!!!

I've had 2packages "stolen" from this company, after I've had Walmart and Fed Ex packages delivered with no problem been living here for more than 4yrs.

I was really worried having read all the negative reviews.
However, my package from China arrived within the week.
So, it's not always bad.

They just failed to find my address for the sixth time in a row! I have tried everything from providing them a map to putting up signs for directions! Their customer service never passes on the information you provide so the same mistake is repeated over and over! There are 12 businesses in our area, but apparently none of their drivers speak English, so they can't ask for directions! If your order is assigned to "YANWEN," cancel it! And tell the seller that they are incapable of delivering an order!
UPDATE: They just claimed "wrong address" for the nineth consecutive time! I had just received another order from a company called "UNI UNI!" The driver reported "no problems! YANWEN "IS" apparently a scam which will "rip off" your order!

My package arrived 1 month earlier.

Rarely does an item get delivered that is tagged as “out for delivery”. I never know when the package will actually show up.

Well. I got the order ok. But as far as I know I was buying from America. Then when it comes its from china ! !Apparently happens a lot !!!!I'll be back in a week or so to say if its been any good. So far. Not good

Ordered a package that was shipped through the company. Pretty sure it was stolen by the driver as I went down to grab it just as it was marked delivered and it was nowhere to be found.

Sent multiple emails about it to the company and they were extremely unhelpful. If you have a choice of having your package shipped through them I would avoid it.

Unbelievable. I asked for an item to be delivered to my office. Yanwen tracking showed the item bounced and returned to shipper after a delivery attempt on the 4th of July. Contacted shipper. Shipper gets a NEW tracking number from Yanwen. THAT tracking number shows delivery reattempted on SUNDAY the 13th, with a photo of a parcel dropped at the front of the building. There's a homeless encampment under a bridge across the street. We have heavy security doors and razor wire around the facility, and Yanwen leaves a parcel out in the open on the street on a SUNDAY. What did they think was going to happen???

The Worst Company for delivery packages. My package clearly shows my apt number but the driver STILL delivered to the wrong apartment number... Very delusional! This isn't the first time having a problem with the company.the other time was the delusional driver left the package in front of my apartment complex. and then had a photo of the package left in front of my apartments.not sure what the drivers are ON during time of delivery these packages.but whatever it is IT'S RIDICULOUS And SAD!!! So now I have to get another refund Well let's hope I can get another refund Can't contact no one.

This delivery company is a scam. Their system shows a delivery date or out for delivery and they never show up ever. I ordered from Temu my items were never delivered. I let Temu know about the problem they gave me the option to ops out of allowing Temu to use this delivery service and once again Temu is using them on my recent order so I’m not expecting delivery of my order. I will have to get a refund. I don’t think this company exist they do not respond to emails and there is no customer service phone number

The process of ordering was great. The delivery of my order not so much! The package was left 25 feet from my front door next to my vehicle! Obviously customer satisfaction and the care of their merchandise is not a concern!
