The process of ordering was great. The delivery of my order not so much! The package was left 25 feet from my front door next to my vehicle! Obviously customer satisfaction and the care of their merchandise is not a concern!

I ordered a product back on 1/21/2025. The last status message was "local carrier on the way" with the last status date being 2/1/2025. It is now 6/19/2025 and I never heard back from customer service after reaching out multiple times and I still dont have my package.

My experience with YANWEN has been one of the worst I’ve ever had with a logistics company. I placed an order on AliExpress more than 40 days ago, and the last valid tracking update shows that my package (tracking number: LP651723962MY) was handled by YANWEN before leaving China.

Since then, the tracking has completely stopped. YANWEN was the last logistics provider to touch the package before it was supposedly sent to the destination country — yet no one knows where it is now.

I tried contacting YANWEN through their official support channels — no replies whatsoever. No explanation, no updates, absolutely zero assistance.

In addition:

The last tracking update was on May 27 (according to platforms like Ordertracker).

YANWEN stops updating tracking once the package leaves China.

There is no transparency about who received the package afterward.

Despite multiple contact attempts, the company remains completely silent.

The bare minimum I expect from an international shipping company is professionalism, responsibility, and communication. YANWEN fails in all of these.

I am extremely disappointed. I’ve been left in the dark, wasting time, money (including non-refundable international bank fees), and dealing with stress that no customer should endure.

I demand a clear update on the whereabouts of my package, and YANWEN needs to stop hiding behind silence. This is a complete lack of respect for customers.

The package never arrived, I bought three adapters from Amazon, so far everything was normal, but then it says delivery with Yanwen, I didn't even know what that courier was, but I got pissed off when after 1 month nothing had arrived! Then the site was a mess, everything was intertwined and strange

I had two packages sent with them as the shipper.
On both occassions the tracking showed that the package had left the seller's country and that it was en route to mine. Then the tracking stopped.
I made multiple enquires to Yanwan Express asking them to provide information about where those packages were, but they didnt bother responding to them.
On both occassions the sellers refunded me for my purchases. They had offered to resend the product but I would only do that if they used a different carrier.
I wouldnt use them again, and will check with sellers in the future if they use them because I cannot rely on them at all.

I am already waiting 3 weeks for my package and it did not arrive!!! Money grabbing fake company, scammers!!!

Terrible. Package was out for delivery for 3 days. I tried to contact them and finally actually did receive a response saying they would try to deliver and post new delivery info on their tracking. Nope, nothing. Luckily Temu reimbursed me and allowed me to request that they never ship to me with Yanwen again.

Yanwen Express' driver delivered my package to the wrong address. This can happen, when you don't follow GPS, which is pretty accuratein established neighborhoods. However, there was clearly no action taken to resolve or remedy the issue. They sent pictures of the delivery, which was not of my house or address. But insisted the package was delivered. Hmm, OK. I replied twice with a picture of my house and address to highlight the error.
They simply stopped communicating, meaning stop replying to my issue as if they were done with it.
Fortunately, the recipients finish the delivery Yanwen Express could not and seemly would not. It was a week ago the error was made.
I hope to never have a vendor that use this carrier.

I was a bit skeptical after reading all the reviews. However, I was updated all throughout the process, and the package got delivered much quicker than I expected (9 days total, shipped to NL). Very satisfied!

This 'tracking' is absolutely awful...its difficult to access and when fortunate to 'access' it's impossible to find out where your item is...this system is extremely lucky to get a single star cos its not worth 1 star...absolutely useless!

Yanwen express est un faux service de livraison. Ceci est une arnaque chinoise. Il ne vous livre pas vos colis commandez. Ne faite aucun achat via cette fausse entreprise de livraison. Leur technique est simple. Ils font un numéro de suivi pour vôtre colis et quelques fausse mise à jour dans le suivi. Ils feront en sorte que vous perdiez du temps jusqu’àu moment où le remboursement ne sera plus possible. Cela fait 1 mois et quelques jours que mon colis est en soit disant transit. Je ne savait pas qu’un avion pouvait volé 1 mois sans se poser……belle arnaque. Évitez les vendeur eBay et tout autre vendeur utilisant yanwen express donc tout colis provenant de la Chine.

Terrible! I've had 2 packages disappear and they've lied and said the business was closed for delivery. I was sitting in the OPEN business when I got today's notification that that's why they couldn't deliver. I have emailed them multiple times and just get a pre-written response and unfortunately that's the only way I have to contact them.

Item never arrived two months after purchasing. A joke of a company and sellers that use them.

I’m from a country pretty far from
the US which is where I ordered my shirt, so I was already kinda wary about ordering something overseas so I double checked my address and everything. Later got an email about two weeks later that my order has been delivered, but when I got home I found absolutely nothing. Turns out it’s in my country but at a completely different location, almost 5 hours away from me. Be careful on how you spend your money and who delivers your items.

After 42 days my item is still apparently in China. If it even exists. No response to emails, zero support, zero effort to deliver.

Yanwen facility obviously have someone there who has sticky fingers, I ordered a TurboClean AquaMax: Space-Saving Wet and Dry Vacuum
Cleaner, Pet-Friendly Vacuum x 1 from Avernixio tracking in place when parcel arrived it was a small package with a cheap tacky ring in it .

Obviously someone has swapped the item and stolen it or it was a scam from company I tried to purchase item from , either way it is unbelievable the nerve of some people , well bad luck will bestow those that steal . 0 stars for service . Very frustrating !!

Also do not get anything from Avernixio you will not receive your goods !! At least I got my money back used my credit card this way you are protected just protect your assets

Terrible! Just Terrible!! Yanwen delivery guys take pictures of your package at the door then later steal the package!!

I ordered a NY Yankees Comforter. When it arrived, it's NOT a comforter. It is pretty much no more than an oversized sheet! The difference in a Duvet, which is what I received, versus a Comforter:

23 days in transit and still not left country of origin .... Shit service.

I ordered my package only a couple of weeks before Christmas and minimum shipping time for my item was listed as 11 days, I was nervous my package would not get to me in time especially after reading some of these reviews. My package arrived 4 days prior to the minimum listed shipping time, during the holiday season, I was impressed.
