Fred was patient, explained everything in terms I understood no jargon, answered my question truthfully, would highly recommend.

I must be the only Zenco customer who feels mislead in this P.O.A process.
Form was done on line spoke to a staff member paid a substantial amount for both documents. Which he advised.
Sent the paperwork back all signed ,but there was an error , i didnt think i needed to fill in section for information remission of fees as id paid for 2 documents So to me I had paid, only then to be told there was an extra fee of £92 per document for registration, to then inclusively bring amount to a considerably amount more ,so please be aware the from £99 is misleading try by x 5 for full payable amount .
Im unable to pay the rest ,no refund because 1st half of my money paid is for there work and paperwork etc.
So a gentleman loosely put ,called Chris was so rude even sighed at my questions as if I was so bothering him.
Anyway I get not everyone has the same experience but at 71 ,explaining fully would of helped me ,a list of extra fees even be more useful .
I feel angry all that money for nothing Also im not excempt as over £12000 not by much. Thank you Zenco for reaching , automatic response is no solution

Very simple and straight forward and if by any chance u do get stuck they are only at the end of the phone talking you step by step through ur quiry a great company in my opinion
