Thought I had better get this done and looking at the positive reviews went with Zenco . It was easy to fill in the online details required and I'm expecting the forms any day so so far so good. One thing to note is you have to pay the office of public guardian on top of Zencos fee .

Straightforward forms to fill out and quickly dispatched

Wrong information was sent out initially. It put the donor as my wife instead of me. When corrected, the information was never made visible to me so I hope the correct data will be sent to me fir onward delivery. Further to this Zenco legal have offered to refund the money paid and provided the documents free of charge. I am now pleased with the their approach to customer care.
