I have found dealing with Zenco to be a pleasure. They make the whole process as simple as possible - even those lovely yellow stickers to show you where to sign. They have followed up when necessary, not hassled me in the process, and kept me in the loop at all times. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Filling out and submitting the forms for registering a Power of Attorney can be tedious and tricky if you do it yourself. Zenco handled the work quickly and efficiently and at less than half the price quoted by a local solicitor. The optional extra £25 for the premium service is well worth, it in my opinion. The little yellow stickers are particularly helpful.

Clear instructions the yellow tags are such a good help and there only at the end of the telephone to answer any queries would highly recommend zenco

Filled in forms by phone then got call from Matthew who made some suggestions and we changed some things. Upon payment he said would receive forms for signatures within the week,we did. Now we will sign and have a witness also to sign. Return to Zenco and all done. Good service.
