Better UI or a way to extract all the information correctly would make this uber
Ordering itself is fine but the score reflects the experience on the web portal (for info its a green car scheme from company).
The not so good:
* There is an indicative price on the initial page with the car and you would expect this to be the lowest trim / max length. However it can be vastly out and once in and configuring you can obtain a far lower quote from the main page. Sure this leads to missed opportunities.
* The 'offer' shows but it provides absolute no details and in some cases this could be free charger or credit or just a cheaper than normal rate. But there no way of knowing without emailing out. (In fairness and emails have responded and provided information really quickly).
Once order placed, seems ok and just the above that could make it a slightly better experience. Having an all in 1 price for everything is a great plus.
How could it be improved
The sorting of the car process and filtering. Add each trim to low, mid, standard, ultra type of thing or key aspects (heated seats).
Then provides a more accurate list of the cars with the correct pricing for initial pick.

Never would I deal with this…
Never would I deal with this organisation again. Their order status website displays incorrect information, It took nearly 3 months to receive a car ordered in June that was supposedly in stock! As it transpires the vehicle was manufactured in November 2025! Their telephone support are not to be trusted! I am beyond livid! Check other reviews before you use this company. I will definitely urge others who work for my organisation not to use Zenith!

Worst lease company ever..
Worst lease company ever...
Several issues during the 3 year
- a car repair taking over 3 months with little help from Zenith, used a substandard repair company that gave car back with steering issues.
-No feedback from complaints, just paid lip service to my 100 calls.
At end of contract they charged me to collect and then an extra £73 to drive the car 170miles instead of 80miles.
Other work colleagues have suffered similar issues.
Long and short of it is they are ok unless you have a car issue, but will extract money from you at every opportunity.

I understand your concerns regarding the length of time taken to repair your vehicle, the issues you experienced following the repair, and your dissatisfaction with the support and communication you received while trying to resolve matters. We recognise how disruptive being without your vehicle can be, particularly when repairs are prolonged, and I'm sorry that our service did not meet your expectations during this period.
I'm also sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the charges applied at the end of your contract. While collection and excess mileage charges are applied in line with the terms of the agreement, I can see that my colleague, Aaron, is currently reviewing the end-of-contract charges you have queried and will be in contact with you directly regarding his findings.
We value all customer feedback, and your comments will be shared with the relevant teams as part of our ongoing efforts to improve both our communication and overall customer experience.

The order was cancelled in error without communication
The order was cancelled in error, I wasnt advised of this, called Zenith because no one had contacted me where i was advised to wait for the dealer to call on the Tue, no one called, I called back, to then be told the order had been cancelled. this now means i need to renew the order get it approved and start again resulting in 4 weeks lost time. really poor on all fronts.

Poor service when lease car developed a fault
Our lease car developed a fault which we reported at the beginning of July. Zenith were unable to give us a service appointment until nearly a month after the end of the lease period - over 3 months after we reported the problem. When we complained, they found an earlier appointment before the end of the lease, but it was at a garage 50 miles away, on a weekday, so one of us would need to take at least a day off work and incur travel expenses to deliver and collect the car. When we complained about this, Zenith's proposed solution was for us to continue paying for the car beyond the end of the lease, until such time as the supplier is able to fix the car. So we are expected to pay out of our own pocket for Zenith's negligence. Zenith may well be following the terms of their contract to the letter but as a customer experience, this stinks and we will not be using them again.
