The watch was delivered months ahead of longest delivery date. Once it arrived it was exactly as what was described online. The vendetta 2 rose gold is beautiful. It also keeps great time.

The watch is sized perfectly, the band is super comfortable and the two tone motif us super nice. The wandering hour movement is easy to read and works great. The changeable minutes indices is a great feature. Very unique and excellent addition to any watch collection. In addition, the shipping was very fast!

The minutes hand was not fixed well, so the watch cannot show the right time. I took it to the local watch store to repair and costed me HK$300. And may I take this opportunity to ask for a refund?

The order was swift and delivered on time and the product was as expected, a definite pleaser for my son on his birthday, and off to NASA he goes. AN engineer student about to embark on a University trip to NASA.

This watch completes many sets of my attire. It is a handsome watch that highlights attention to detail that showcases a socisticated and cultivated astetic. I am very happy with this purchase!

Nice looking watches, not issues so far

Very attractive watch. Only issue is the lum'. If you shine a tourch on the watch and then turn out the lights, the watch glows nicely. Wakeup in the middle of the night and it will be dark. That aside a lovely watch

I got a Halograph 3 Chrono - personally I preferred the look of the quartz-powered Chrono to the auto. Shipping was relatively swift given that it comes from the US.

The warranty card was not signed though, which is not a good sign - if there was time to engrave each unit with their supposed number 0058/1966 for the silver/yellow Chrono - surely there was enough time to sign the warrantee card.

Watch is great though.

I received my new Xeric NASA Voyager Callisto watch about a week and a half ago. I absolutely OBSESSED with it! I can't stop looking at it on my wrist...because it is really amazing!!!

Admittedly, I have been a Tag Heuer guy for two decades. I love my Tags, but wanted something really unique that would highlight my love of NASA. I chose the Voyager Callisto. I could NOT be happier.

First, the ordering process was great, and I was constantly updated on the status of my order and the shipment process. Then, when it arrived, I was blown away at the beauty of this timepiece. It is so sharp! And, it is so substantial (and I love a hefty, substantial watch!) As I said, I have had it now for only a week and a half. But, so far, I don't think it has lost a single second of time. As much as I love my automatic Tags, they always lose a minute or two at night when I'm not wearing them - even when they're newer. Not this Xeric! This thing has maintained every second.

Bottom line, I love this watch. I know I will be a repeat Xeric customer. People notice this watch and comment on this watch. Thank you, Xeric, for providing me such an amazingly cool timepiece!!!

The watch arrived well wrapped and that is the only good thing I can say about it.

On opening the package it was evident that this item was not new, but may have been a display model or a returned item, but had definitely seen better days. It was probably the last one on the shelf and left till last, for a good reason.

The actual box was a little grubby with what looked like possible greasy marks on it and signs of wear and tear and gave the impression that it had been opened quite a few times.

The biggest disappointment however, was the watch inside it's case. It wasn't clean, the back cover sticker edges were filled with what I can only assume was a mixture of dirt and fluff approximately 3mm in width around the entire circumference of it.

The watch had to be thoroughly cleaned before it looked like a product that should have actually been sent out to a customer.

Which is rather a shame as I was going to invest in more Xeric watches, but this has certainly put myself off from adding anymore to my collection at this time.

Now I understand why they have a non return policy. As they say, 'you only get what you pay for'.

Tbh I should have done a bit more research, as I noticed on this Trustpilot site that 39% of reviews gave them a 3 stars or less with 29% only giving 1 star.
