Overall an awful experience where do I begin? Before the installation of Xplore we were told that we were able to get 100mbps for only $80 a month for the first six months. The day of installation of Xplore Internet the service guy that was setting it up as he was finishing up told us that it was set up for 100 but he couldn’t get 100mbps in our area and that we would only be able to get 50mbps and because of that the Internet wasn’t any cheaper in fact after six months and went up to $130 per month for 50mbps which was terrible, but it was the only Internet in the area that I knew about. Over a year later we were told that we could get 100 mbps more better and we’re offering better deals. They called me called them back. It was back and forth for a while. Finally getting a hold of them they said I’d have to pay out the remainder of my bill before they can do that which was only $20. Everything being expensive as it was I didn’t think 20 bucks was gonna matter considering that everything was so expensive in life so trying to catch up on bills I finally paid it off after another almost year. Finally, they installed it promising us 100mbps but it was garbage cutting out all the time always a lot of downtime, but the service was never cheaper. We were supposed to pay cheaper because of the price we were paying for the 50mbps because we were promised 100mbps I never got a better price and we’re always paying for 100mbps it didn’t work so finally after a while I cancelled with them cancelling them was a challenge and a half. They question me about everything they made it very difficult for me to cancel. They sent me a box to put the equipment in when the box was for the equipment on the roof for the dish that I’ve never installed they wanted me to put in the box was very difficult. The woman on the phone was even more difficult, kind of threatening very bad experience with Xplore and so I got Starlink and it works great! Finally something that actually is stable and works. Unbelievable I’m impressed. And now after all of that, I have still a problem with Xplore haven’t gotten an email from them, threatening to send a nonpaid bill to collections when I’ve already put money on it. Yes it’s been some time but at least I’m showing that I’m paying it but yet they call it threatened me. Sending it to collections. I’ve been more than a good customer. I’ve always paid my bill even when it was extremely expensive overall Xplore it’s absolutely garbage avoid if possible I never got reimbursed. I never got any deals and if you were even just paying on the day that you were supposed to pay, they double dipped and made you pay twice for a bill if you’ve missed once even though you didn’t.
Ive had there service for 4 years now…
Ive had there service for 4 years now and I am paying 7 dollars extra month for extra care yet I cant even streem Netflix or play a cpu game I did there trouble shoot by phone 3 time with zero results and then started requesting a service technician and ive been denied the whole time horrible service the most rude inconvenience caused by there company and the lack of customer care is just wrong I truly feel that the extra care for 7 bucks is a rip off scam I do not recommend at all terrible management

Xplore sait que notre connection a l'antenne est tres mauvaise. Par contre, la compagnie n'offre pas de solution a part nous offrir des frais de services pour le deplacement d'un technicien ou des frais mensuels ajoutes a notre facture. Mais, Xplore sait que le service de connection est mauvais - mais on paie le service quand meme..... un service que nous ne recevons pas - et il faut payer un SURPLUS pour faire reparer... c'est a dire re-enligner l'antenne....

the worse ive ever had. ill kms before using this ass wifi again. every damn night its off and for days at a time its at over 1000 ping. dont buy this crappy ass wifi and i been with the useless support team, this is a 0/10000 star. ive had it for a year and never had one good moment with it. delete ur company

I am writing to warn you about switching to xplore right now I have very slow internet speeds and when I try to get ahold of someone who can help me with this I have been on hold for over an hour. They are constantly going down and crashing and even after I reboot the problem is still there. They have the worst service when you need help if you are thinking about going with xplore my advice is stay clear of them
Xplore sucks à big one.
It’s a very sad state of affairs that our tax dollars subsidizes Xplore. We should have a say where our tax dollars go. I would never recommend Xplore to anyone. Xplore installed the wrong dish for the Jupiter satellite. We had the wrong dish for 2 years before it finally stopped working. Also the prices they charge are outrageous. So happy we now have Star Link. They truly have unlimited data unlike Xplore.
The service is on and off
The service is on and off, sometimes stops working in the middle of working on something or streaming something. We are changing to a different provider. Their customer service is awful, all the way through, the only friendly people are the ones trying to keep you with Xplore net.
Worst service
Worst service. They are aware of oversold towers yet persist to try and bring in new people. Low speeds. won't get what you paid for unfortunately will remove credits from your account when not watching your bills closely. if reinstated they will make it a less amount and hope you done check on it. The customer service is beyond rude and will yell at you. tell you you're impatient. They will tell you that you don't know what you're talking about. Often will hang up on you. Service and wait time is horrible but mostly the training on how to speak and asset customers is lacking to say the least.

Xplores internet is terrible almost all the time and they wont help what so ever and wont send a technician to help with problem's with the location they hung the antenna (hanging off the side of my house pointed at the ground as well as passing it through a tree)
Service calls charged despite provider fault
Internet coverage is decent and everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone has been lovely, but I’m not happy with my most recent experience.
Our internet stopped working and support techs couldn’t identify the issue, so they sent someone to my house. I was given the option to either pay for the visit or sign up for Xtra Care, so I chose Xtra Care.
The technician came out twice and made a few changes, but none of them resolved the issue or made any difference. On the second visit, I was told the problem had actually been traced to their tower after they noticed multiple service calls in the same area.
This highlights a concerning billing structure, where customers are charged for service visits even when the issue results from network outages outside their control. Since the fault was on their end and not something that could be fixed in my home, I don’t feel it’s reasonable to be charged for anything related to the visit. When I raised this concern and asked to cancel Xtra Care, I was told I couldn’t unless I agreed to pay a fine or for the visit.
Overall, this experience was disappointing. While I understand they didn’t initially know the cause, I would expect some form of credit or adjustment once the root problem was confirmed.

I have had a terrible experience with my xplore.
I live in rural Alberta, I am currently and will continue to be using Starlink. I had been reached out to about Xplores 500/50 plan. I had the tower installed with great signal according to the technician. However, at first there was a provisioning issue on the backend of xplores service. I was told it would be resolved within 24 hours at first. The next day the same issue, I was told it would be another 24-48 hours. After two days and being on hold for 20+ minutes every time i need to speak to someone. I was told issue is fixed everything is working. I go to join the network and the login page refreshes and nothing happens. I phone about the issue, and am told it is the same issue that was supposedly resolved.. I am then told it will be another 24-48 hours. 2 days later I am told the exact same thing🤣. The customer service folks speak very poor English, incredibly difficult to understand. So after a week of being told the same issue will be fixed within 24-48 hours I am having it removed and will be sticking with Starlink. With Starlink, I was up and running within 5 minutes of plugging the dish in. I would highly recommend Starlink over xplore. Very consistent and 300+mbps for myself.

Don’t do it. Was a customer for 8 months. They tried to increase my bill twice.
This time they email me for a mandatory free upgrade. Then when I call to arrange it they tell me it’s going to cost $20 more a month. Wtf kind of free is that?
Cutting them off and getting the starlink deals. Faster and cheaper

Poor service, unprofessional installers, abysmal customer service. No internet, 4 days for a technician to even respond, unable to resolve issue.
Hands down the worst Internet provider
By far and hands down, the worst Internet provider in Canada. From the CEO down to the VP's to their NOC staff, they all show utter contempt for the customer. I honestly have no idea how they stay in business. I suppose some rural subscribers are just desperate.
Very good customer service!
I never realized this company was on here but I thought I'd let everyone know this is a very good company. I run a small business from home and I never had any issues with Xplore. I am very happy with their customer service, and they are very understanding of customer concerns.
Absolute garbage company
Absolute garbage company. Service outages are constant. Customer service is mediocre at best. and now we just got an email saying "we recomend you starting to find a replacement provider" as they're killing off the local tower. what absolute garbage. They were pushing for their 5G network, tried to lure us in with a deal and free equipment upgrade, made us wait 3 weeks to get a tech out here and then when the tech did arrive, spent 2 minutes saying "nope, can't do it" and left. I'm actually kind of happy to be done with them, as they were only used as a backup to my Starlink, which has never failed me, BTW. Definitely go with Starlink. superior service, speed and range.

Terrible internet service
Terrible internet service. There are outages all the time, and although we pay for 50 Mbps, we rarely get more than 5 Mbps. Customer service was rude when we called about a two-day outage. One of the worst internet providers I’ve experienced.
