Had a great experience. Just what I ordered.

After purchasing my excavator from This company back in December. I have sent multiple emails about replacing my reciever. They have not responded to any emails that I sent. I sent multiple emails. I will never buy anything from this company ever again.

Great experience with product and service!

Customer service was great in the beginning and they shipped the item out to me quicky. I had a couple problems with the item and customer service was quick to respond to help me solve them. When a third problem happened customer service no longer responded to me. I purchased a $1,600 RC excavator and all of this happened within the first couple of weeks. I had to search the internet and FaceBook groups in order to solve the remaining problems my self. The item is great, with minor issues, price was great, and service was great. I didn't give five stars because they ultimately abandoned me in the end.

Great product, deals and shipping. All my toy equipments are still giving me hours on unending hours of fun time. I have told lots of my friends about your company. Keep up the outstanding products.

Shipping is very slow, it's been almost a month and haven't received my order!

This ain't my first time using Xtreem RC they have always been awesome the service has been great I had one problem with the excavator one time they got right on it helped me out with it we got it going we've been great and like Stewart says what you see is what you get they are top quality they ain't no cheek knock off I've been screwed the first time buying some excavator and a loader and a Truck I spent quite a bit of money and I got back when it finally did get here they was just little bitty 2-year-old kids toys and they were real stupid I came across Stuart was talking about the company and when he said look us over check us out before you buy anything and I did and they like you said you get what you see and they've been awesome and I want to thank everybody down there at Extreme RC will start you guys are awesome check them out I am going to try to get videos out when the weather I've been sick as soon as the weather clears up thanks.

Now on day 5 since I paid for my 1594 Excavator ($500) and no update. Now I see this review section wish I seen it before. There about to ruin a birthday for a boy if its not here by the 25th. Not happy will never buy from them again. Al
