On behalf of the Xtreem RC team, I want to offer our sincere apologise for the unacceptable wait time for delivery of your new Remote Controller. Unfortunelty, we did not have this controller in stock in Australia and had to get it shipped from China to NZ. There were some delays in getting it dispatched but it should be delivered within 10 to 14 days maximum. We understand the wait time has been unacceptable. We aim to offer fast and free shipping worldwide, with most orders being delivered within just a few short days. I admit, we have let you down. I sincerely apologise and promise we will do all we can to make this up to you. Order was placed and no response or update on the order after a week. I've tried facebook, email, phone, and online chat. Not the type of response I would expect for an $800 order 3 weeks before Christmas.

Kabolite 336 very well made easy set-up and operation, but I had trouble with digging sometimes the hydraulics stop,you have to reverse that function to continue, as if the relief valves are sticking

Hello Lawrence, we’re sorry you didn’t like the RC Bulldozer. Unfortunately the Huina Bulldozer is mostly plastic. We do sell a hydraulic all metal bulldozer but it’s a lot more expensive.
We’re sorry you were disappointed. If you’re wanting all metal, the Huina 1580 excavator is the best mid-range RC model. If you’re interested please contact us and we will deduct be price of the bulldozer from the metal excavator.
