My Yappy Paw experience was made great by their customer support team, specifically my representative Jenny. My first order was shipped quickly and arrived at my house in St Augustine, Fla. Unfortunatly their shopping cart changed my order size to XS and I did not notice the error. It was far too small to fit my dog. I order another one in size M right away. I contacted Yappy Paw by email and rapidly got a response from Jenny. She saw my new order and their team agreed to refund my first order with no need to return the item. My second order unfortunatly was shipped to a different stateside location which completly lost my order after waiting for almost 2 months for it to arrive. I contacted Jenny again and she shipped me a 3rd order at no charge and sent it special handling. it only took 4 days to clear US customs and was shipped to my home in 2 days ! The customer service I received was EXCELLENT. The final product was perfect thanks to Jenny and customer service!

Great companies are often defined by their front lines.. The gal or guy behind the phone, how they answer, how they direct customer's questions or handle a problem.
The customer support teams also make up that front line, as they’re the ones that handle / resolve the issues du jour that pop up from time to time.
And of course, having a great product definitely helps as well.
I just wanted to say, this company hits on all three points and I hope to see their product line grow, as I’m really happy with what I’ve seen so far.

Great swim vests for our dogs! Love the piece under their chins. One of our labs tends to swallow a lot of water when he carries his ball back and this helps a lot with that.
The crew at Yappy Paws was awesome! A particular shout out to Jenny. I did not measure my dogs properly and had to get new jackets sent. Jenny went above and beyond to help rectify my situation. Great customer service!

Tanks new vest arrived and unfortunately it was a little bit too tight, I contacted Yapoy Paw and there was no problem in exchanging it for a bigger size.

Received great customer service. The vest is amazing my 4 year old golden retriever Cooper loves it! super good quality and the chin pad keeps his chin afloat. 10/10 recommend for anyone on the fence!
If I could give a zero star I would! I purchased the life jacket with chin guard for my pup with the belief that it would actually keep my pups head out of the water but it does NOT!! I have reached out to Yappy Paw many time via email, (the phone # is no good) with my concerns and complaint, and was given the run around and was offered a 5% refund to keep the item that does NOT work for my pup! They have a 60 day guarantee but that is a sham because if you want to return the defective item, you have to pay shipping from the USA to Australia, which cost more than the vest! I also was misled that this company was an American company but the vest came from China and returns go to Australia, not the USA!! This company is a sham and rip off! DO NOT GET SUCKERED IN LIKE WE DID!!!!

Our shipping, return, and refund policies are clearly outlined on our website before purchase, including how returns are handled and the customer’s responsibility for return shipping where applicable. We also do not represent ourselves as something we are not—our business information, fulfillment process, and policies are publicly available.
Our team responded to every inquiry and worked to provide a resolution in accordance with the policies agreed to at checkout. While we understand that not every product is the right fit for every dog, that does not mean the product is defective or that our policies were misrepresented.
