I rented a flat from Yates Hellier before Covid. I never had any issues with them and they were always available for assistance :)

Always had great service, on the odd occasion I have an issue it is dealt with immediately, efficiently and courteously. Great service from Jack, Ross, Vita, Jonathan and David. I hope my tenancy continues for a long time to come. Thanks for sorting out the plaster and bathroom work that recently needed doing. :)

Ross was a brilliant agent. He was open and honest and I felt like I could trust him from our first meeting. He was also incredibly accommodating and took all our personal considerations into account. We had been looking for a bigger place for a while and with his backing we decided to put our flat on the market before finding a new place. This was a considerable risk for us due to time pressures in our family situation, however, Ross helped guide us through the selling and buying process. We were very lucky in the sale of our flat and achieved an amazing price which allowed us to offer on a property which would have previously been out of our budget. I say we were lucky but sometimes you make your own luck and in this case I whole heartedly believe that we would not have been as lucky if we didn’t have Ross taking us through both processes. We are incredibly happy with how things have worked out and have Ross to thank, I cannot recommend YatesHellier highly enough, they were brilliant!

Our experience as tenants with Yates Hellier was very positive and the best we have had from any letting agent. They were always friendly and efficient. Whenever there were any issues with the flat, it would take them no time at all to get them sorted and they always communicated with us very well.

Ross came recommended and I can see why. He was very professional and showed good negotiation skills throughout the process. My flat in the west end was undervalued and Ross managed to get it revalued up after presenting evidence of previous sales to the surveyor. He was also very good negotiating with potential buyers in a difficult scenario I found myself in as the market was dropping. Again he managed to negiotate the price up from a buyer. Yates Hellier as a whole were very good and refreshingly they don't tie you into 6 month contracts like other bigger estate agents. This is invaluable in a falling market as it gives you the option to cancel or postpone the sale and not be penalised.

We stayed in a house over 3 years managed by Yates . Throughout the tenure they were professional and they did great job in making the tenancy great experience. There were always proactive all tenancy requirements like gas inspection, smoke alarms or salmonella.

We were absolutely delighted by the service we received from Ross and team when selling our home for us. So professional from start to finish - excellent communications, home report and photographs happened very quickly so that our property was on the market in under a week. The sale price achieved was fantastic. We are planning to use Yates Hellier again to sell a second property for us.
