We had an amazing time!!!! Our trip timeframe for Hawaii was 12 - 18 July. Pita was amazing!!! Every event we attended was such a memorable experience. Thanks so much for the experience.

Booking process
I was able to get on a tour that was no longer listed by calling a reservation person that I had been dealing with earlier this year. I did not want to visit this area without seeing Crater Lake and this is one of the few tours that includes it. I was disappointed that I was not giving loyalty discount because my time had expired from my last trip with YMT there should not be and expiration on loyalty.

They variety of vacations/trips offered. The cost is always reasonable. The staff is pleasant and helpful.
I have taken many trips with the company. I would like to see more of the United States especially the southern states.

The quick response and call backs was…
The quick response and call backs was great. The one downfall is the cost of the travel insurance. I was not given the cost of the insurance until after I booked my trip.

I love dealing with YMT because they have the best prices and best places to go. I love being picked up at airport and transported to the hotel. I love being able to pay and just pack and go have fun and YMT does the rest. I am heartbroken we won't get our 21 day cruise from Singapore and having YMT golf. Thank you for all the places I have been because of you. Your personal are all wonderful.

I do not like the period of time of…
I do not like the period of time of payment. You asked us to paid off 120 days before the actual date of tour.
Other tour agency like Gate One, Trafalgar, etc only asked for 2 months before the tour date or even less like 7 weeks before the tour starts.
