Jack was very helpful at resolving my motor insurance issue this morning, I would not hesitate to use the live chat in the future.

This 5 star review is for Jack.
I fully expected to be told that they would not be able to reduce high renewal price, but Jack got it down by £90.
He did the mandatory selling thing, trying to get me to spend a bit more on breakdown etc, but he wasn't too pushy. If he have been I've have ended the chat.
He was polite, and professional and he did waht he said he was going to do immediately. I.e. updating my renewal price.
Ps.. I was definitely going to leave them before the chat, due to there being no phone number to ring for support, but now they have me for another year. Thankyou Jack.

Once connected, I think it was Bradley that I chatted with, he was brilliant. He was friendly, respectful and answered all my questions knowledgeably.

I like the ease of using the portal; it’s so simple and intuitive. I’ve also used the Live Chat; Brad was really helpful and answered my query effectively. I’m really pleased with the service i get from Yoga.

Dennis was incredibly helpful during my quote. Fast response to all questions.
Unfortunately I feel that a £25 admin charge is excessive for something that took a few minutes.

I have just got off the chat form sorting out a van insurance cancellation. It was dealt with efficiently by a very polite person called Dennis W. Despite having been advised by another member of staff that my new car could not be covered on my current policy. Charlie was very helpful, and managed to secure cover at a small fee.

There was an error on the policy and Lucy G was my advisor today, she dealt with the query and made the experience of dealing with Yoga insurance great . she gave great customer service and I would defiantly give her a 5 star review. she was amazing
