Had a chat with Charlie D today who was very helpful in checking and reassuring me that even though the exact model of my van wasn’t showing on the system that I was fully insured and because the van was a brand new special edition model the exact model would be updated within a couple of months. He also doubled checked this with the insurer to fully reassure me. A great experience with the live chat.
