Past 5 years and most probably top 10 buyers bcoz i really can’t trust any other website as today there’s so many replicas in the market so i cant trust anybody else plus the free shipping and dash on delivery make you more trustworthy🥰🥰🥰

The product I recieved differs significantly from what was advertised on their website. Parts of the design are missing. There are no disclaimers on their website that the images are not exact representation of the product. DO NOT TRUST THE IMAGES ON THEIR WEBSITE. Their customer care says those are just catalogue images and actual product can differ. And actual product is just a normal printed clothpiece.
They are not refunding my amount and offering me store credits. But given the fact that their own product display cannot be trusted, and customer care responds only after multiple follow ups, I insist on getting a refund, since their terms and conditions mentioned "We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our product that appear at our store."
Also, when I commented my concern on their Instagram, they deleted some and dismissed others.

I bought a suit,it was delivered extremely poor quality.wanted to return it but no response from customer support neither on what’s app nor mails.Tried calling them many time but no one is there to respond..they stole my money..

I ordered I dress from their website last week that cost me eleven thousand they delivered it within two days the dress was in pathetic condition fabric smells very dusty with stains on it it looked like an old stock from godown I returned it back they had strict refund policy no cash refund only store credit from which u can buy again and second time whatever u receive they will not take back … as I talked to them they’re giving compensation of 250 rs really very bad service…after spending eleven thousands we’re getting this type of of old and dusty dress …they said we will do the quality check next time that means they didn’t done quality checks before packaging and delivery of the product on orders

I bought a suit, it was delivered and returned it within a day, as mentioned by them ( read their return policy, it is very strict) because I didn’t not like it. After they picked up the suit, they neither gave me store credit nor suit back nor my money and whenever I message them on WhatsApp there is no reply and they don’t pick up my call. Basically they stole my money.
There are so many good website, why waste your money here! If you wanna gamble, go to a casino, atleast the customer service there is amazing
