I got 3 park universal explorer tickets with one day at epic universe for €60 cheaper PER PERSON than what every other company was looking for. All paid for online, got a confirmation email straight away, and then had the tickets in my emails less than 2 hours later.

The easiest transaction I've had throughout this entire Orlando planning journey. I can see why they're so highly recommended on all of the Orlando groups on Facebook. Will definitely book again.

I spent hours looking for the cheapest tickets with the best customer service as there were 12 of us which meant we were spending a lot of money.When I came across this company I was amazed by the price they saved us a lot of money. Seem to always be the cheapest rates going. I had an issue with a deal I had booked and the extra free drinks package advertised wasn’t showing on the ticket and contacted them to check something. They were helpful fast and efficient at solving my issue and resent a ticket showing the extra perks even though it would’ve shown to the theme park anyway when they scanned the ticket but they could tell I was worried so sent it anyway.

Great value for Orlando park tickets . I had looked at prices on a few sites and this one was quite a bit cheaper. I was a bit wary as it seemed too good to be true. We have just come back from two weeks in Orlando, and bought the 14 day disney and universal park hopper ticket with the Disney memory maker photo pass. The Disney ticket number was emailed to us so we could link it to the Disney app straight away and have tickets on our phone to enter the parks. The universal one we just needed to go get tickets issued at the gate using the booking confirmation emailed to us. We could then link to the universal app so the tickets were then on the app. This site is such good value, I definitely recommend them.

As others have said I was slightly hesitant to book as not heard of the site and the prices were too good to be true.

Checked on Orlando tips for Brits (Facebook) and others had used the company. Well I am so pleased I booked through them.

Tickets delivered almost immediately, instructions on how to link to the Disney app. Tracey answered all my questions, even when I was in the park and queried the photo pass thing!

Definitely use again and highly recommend.

Great prices and great service. I discovered the website on Facebook and I saw very good price but never exoerienced before,so I bought at first Disneyworld tickets and when I realised that tickets and photo pass were perfect I decided to buy Universal tickets too. What was fantastic from their service was that I bought tickets on the 9th august and they site said i could use they only from the11th,so i sent a mail and ask if it was possible to use them from the 10th. In less than an hour they answered and had already arrange for what I ask . Thanks again

At first I was skeptical about booking because I thought there would be better deals when we were, actually, in Orlando. Having booked our tickets, via yourticketgenie, I was very glad that I did because the price of the tickets direct from Disney were, way, more expensive than what I had purchased. The added bonus was the Disney Photo Pass as this ment that we took photos at every opportunity and even on the rides. Entry to the park was also seamless. Definitely recommend yourticketgenie to anyone traveling to Orlando for the theme parks.
