Snelle levering en overzichtelijke website. Altijd even checken via dvdcompare of er de juiste ondertiteling onder zit met de ean code dan komt alles in orde kortom Top!

If I could give it a minus star I would! Placed and order in November for Christmas gifts and it didn’t arrive- they be taken money from my account though! I’ve chased every week through their counts us page and no one replies and there’s no other way to escalate - do not buy from zavvi. You will not get your order and they will take your money!

I placed an order at the beginning of December for several t-shirts and a hoody for my son for Christmas. After not hearing anything for a few weeks I messaged them and asked to cancel and get a refund as there was no way they would arrive in time. I just wanted something for my son to open on Christmas day as he had requested money and vouchers and I thought this would be nice for him. The message was ignored. After spending more money at a different shop to ensure my son had a gift to open, after Christmas I messaged again, and was ignored. The t-shirts arrived just before new year and I thought I would give them to my son anyway, so I messaged again asking for just a refund for the hoody and was again ignored. There seems to be no other way to contact anyone, other than the message service on the website which does not seem to be staffed. I have messaged again today but do not expect a response. Absolutely dreadful service. I wouldn't mind so much if someone would actually respond and give me some answers, but I am thoroughly disappointed at the lack of communication and action of this company. Will never shop here again
Edit: it is interesting how this review received a response in less than 24 hours yet 4 messages sent through the customer support on the website have not received a response since 18/12 to date. I feel this shows company policy clearly

Worst company been waiting for a refund since December for two items. They sent me proof of return but still not refund. They don't respond to my emails. I would give them no stars if I could. People need to know not to use them

I ordered something (art print) before Christmas which to this point has not been delivered. The order on the site reads awaiting dispatch, but despite multiple messages i have not received any response with any information on the order. I have asked for it to be cancelled and a refund issued and still no response. Awful, could not recommend after this. No number to call either, no business should be run like this.

I placed an order with zavvi on the 17th of December 2025. It is now the 17th of January and the items haven’t even been dispatched yet. I have sent multiple messages to them via the way of contacting them directly and had absolutely no response. The WORST company around. Looks like I’ll be going to a small claims court. DO NOT BUY FROM ZAVVI.

It’s actually a 0 star.
Zavvi continue to ignore my messages regarding my refund. They have received the item back but are not doing anything about it.
I am also waiting for a parcel to be delivered which was ordered in December but still processing
They had new stock of said item but still not received.
Do not use this company.

I purchased something from Zavvi on the 24th of December, it is now the 15th of January and my order is still processing. I have left countless messages but had no response from them. The item I purchased was in stock when I paid for it but since then it has gone out of stock. If I have not received it because it’s no longer available then surely they should have the decency to apologise and offer to refund me the money. Clearly not. I am not pleased with their service and their lack of contact information.

I ordered items in December for a Christmas present. Showing as still not despatched on the website. Can't cancel my order as they only allow you to cancel it upto 14 days after but it has surpassed that time. I sent my first message trying to find out where my items were after a week or so as I paid extra for prompt delivery but I haven't received any replies to my queries. £120 order. Too much to lose.

Absolutely appalling company. Order placed 2/12/25. Item still being processed. 3 separate messages via customer service, completely ignored. Still no sign of item. Had to message on a Facebook post to get any kind of response. Still waiting for someone to contact me.
Do not use this company.

I read on the website that orders from the UK send to eu would not gain any additional costs and would be handled by the courier. Now I have received a request from customs, to pay 82 euro extra import costs... Contacted the shop, but a week later still no reply.

Can't give them zero stars but I would if I could. Ordered before 6th dec. Package went missing in the UK, I live in Breda. Here is the response: Hello Steve, Thank you for getting in touch. "After looking into order 637317331, I won't be able to issue a replacement or refund for this order due to the time since the order was delivered. Kind regards, Michael Zavvi Customer Care Team" - Shocking and I urge you to boycott this outfit.

I’ve ordered dvd s with no problems put an order in on the 26th December for 3 funko pops. I have had a couple of emails saying they are working hard to dispatch but they are not responding to any messages for customer services

Placed an order on the 12th of December with them, it’s still not been dispatched and they are not responding to any messages. Which having read other reviews seems to be an issue with many people. Used to be really great but after this experience I won’t be shopping with them again.

HIER NIET BESTELLEN!!!! Een hele slechte customer service. Er is geen telefoonnummer of mailadres. Je kan alleen een bericht plaatst op de website en daar wordt nooit op gereageerd.
Ik wil mijn bestelling terug sturen, want de steelbooks blijken geen Nederlandse ondertiteling te hebben. Op de website staat duidelijk dat je alleen kan retourneren na een autorisatienummer voor retour, die je krijgt van de klantenservice. Ik wacht al 10 dagen op een antwoord van de klantenservice. Je retourtermijn is 14 dagen. Ik denk dat ik de 138,- euro gewoon kwijt ben.
Ik kreeg dit verzoek om in te vullen, direct nadat ik besteld had (op 18/12).
Inmiddels 2 keer gemaild naar klantenservice om te vragen wanneer ik een update krijg. Maar geen antwoord (zeker niet binnen de door hun gestelde 48 uur). Ik kan ook niet annuleren, want sommige producten zouden al verstuurd zijn volgens het syteem. Als ik dan naar de status kijk, staat daar echter dat alles 'spoedig verzonden' zal worden (en dat al 2 weken). Ik kreeg tot nu toe 2 geautomatiseerde emails, de laatste op 31/12:"Wij werken er met prioriteit aan om het zo spoedig mogelijk te verzonden met de rest van uw bestelling. Wij zullen u op de hoogte houden maar u kunt het ook altijd inzien in uw online account"
Maar inmiddels een week verder en ik hoor niks. Inmiddels is het 8 Januari.
