Ordered from Ontario, Canada. Custom designed sink was 3/4” out of square, and a reinforcement weld had to be broken to allow it to sit flat and level. Oil rubbed bronze finish is quickly wearing off despite delicate care. Taps and fake pot filler were poor quality and unusable in our area even though we were assured they would supply what we needed. Could not find adapters to install them. Side spray was hot or cold only, but not mixable, and was missing parts. Spray painted finish was flaking off on arrival. Paid $230 to return unusable taps. After months of cajoling, Zayian did refund us, and 2 months later the useless taps were returned to us by Moroccan Customs. We will discard as metal waste. Also, the sink baskets and strainers did not seal and we replaced them locally even though Zayian said they would send new ones. Never received, and wouldn’t trust them to be adequate regardless. Reading through the reviews, I notice that many of the 5 starred ones seem to have some similarities. Hmmmm

extremely delayed delivery.. had to write multiple emails to inquire as to where it was and fhen. had to order backup lamps from amazon just in case...

This company was incredibly communicative when I had questions and concerns about sizes and materials. They even made a video of an artisan making one of the pendants I ordered! Because they were located in a foreign country I was concerned about returns if for some reason, they did not work out. The pendants arrived a couple of days ago and they are absolutely beautiful - just as they looked on the website. They won’t be installed for several weeks, but I will let you know how that works out. So far it’s been a great experience and I love the pendants.

We are from the USA and purchased a brass bridge faucets from Zayian.com. Upon delivery we open the bridge faucet portion and were shocked at the poor quality. The faucet had scratches, grease, nicks, and one of the necks would not swivel or properly function. We immediately reached out to Zayian to initiate a return. After several refusals to return the order we initiated a dispute with our credit card company. These are NOT good people to deal with and you are best to avoid any purchase from them in Morocco.

I’m having a terrible experience! The product showed up and didn’t look anything like the image on the website. When I emailed them to return the product they wouldn’t send me a shipping label or return instructions. I mailed it back to them which cost me an additional $100. In shipping fees. I’m still waiting for you to credit my credit card back asap!!

Do not order from these guys! I bought a faucet from them. The mixer was broken on arrival and the back ring did not fit. I contacted Ilyas on several occasions and he said that ‘he is finding a solution’. It has now been 2 months and they have still not sent me a new part or refunded my money. In addition, the company is now no longer responding to my emails.

The order was delayed at customs, and I received very good support from the Zayian team in trying to resolve the issues. Thank you
