Incompetent, poor service, not recommendable. Didn’t notify me about the cancellation of my order. Do not purchase anything from here.

This store is closed but the e-commerce is still up and it will let you go through with a transaction. All the phone numbers are out of service and no one answers emails.

It looks like the company is no longer existent. No replies to any communication on any channel, but they still accept orders and payments. Have tried reaching out through multiple channels without luck, so I am guessing a chargeback is the only way to move forward

Not sure this company is operating anymore. Placed an order, paid for shipping, one week later, no delivery and zero communication from the company. I tried calling, WhatsApp, emailing, and an enquire on their site - nothing gets a response and no one gets back to me. I understand things happen but some communication with customers would be great.

Accepting an order and having it stuck in “awaiting fulfilment” with zero response to customers is not usual practice.

I was contacted by the company after the order has been made to update me on the preparation and delivery status.

You have to try the Weißwurst, simply great. Friendly staff and great product selection of German goods.

Everything is great, from order to self pick up.

Soft opening means limited inventory… understandable! Looking forward to when full stocked and fully operational. Love German products and look forward to continuing my shopping experience with you.

Extremely fast delivery. We ordered in the morning and our goodies arrived in the afternoon (on the same day). Order was correct and in good condition. My husband was very happy to be able to get the german xmas snacks which reminded him of home. Haribo - great xmas selection (cant find them in fairprice or cold storage). Prices are reasonable. Will purchase from them again!

I didn’t know, when the delivery would take place.
The delivery was incomplete at first.
Some products were from another, cheaper brand, than I had ordered.
The second delivery again took place without any notification and the chocolate in there just melted away in my hallway.
But the customer service was very polite.

Great selection of long missed German products, esp. the Christmas products are right on time to give us some feelings like home.
