Placed the order for pickup on 16.11
Placed the order for pickup on 16.11. It’s indicated that I will receive a mail when it‘s ready. Never received it. Spoke with a staff or owner at their booth at Xmas bazaar. He promised to check on Monday and revert to me, not happened. Sent an email, no reply. Had to call them. The service is miserable and absolutely unacceptable!

I know the team tried their best in getting the orders out in time. However much can be improved in your processes. From packing the right items to making sure the correct items are in the packages. Also ensure there is another team to follow up on wrong orders or delivery. Ordered twice from you and every time there is a missing order. I’m not sure in ordering the third time from you. Maybe.
