Great balm honestly one of the best smelling products I’ve used and it lasts all day super moisturising too. And their customer service is top notch had a slight issue and it was resolved swiftly

Best brand for beard

You won’t find better 10/10
I love the smell of the black oud range I have the aftershave, beard balm and oil I also have the shampoo. I have turned heads and been asked multiple times what I’m using you can’t beat it, packaging is also 10/10 I’m looking forward to testing the gold aftershave, customer service is also amazing. Looking for a gift for you bearded man this is where to go

a problem with a wrong delivery at the beginning, but to appreciate the helpfulness of their customer service representative (Alex) and how he resolved the situation to remedy and correct the wrong delivery that had not sent me the right products.

Black Out beard balm scent muted
I’d been gifted some Zousz Black Oud beard balm last year and I was impressed. As I liked it I went online looking to replenish. They’d changed the packaging from a small glass jar to small plastic tub. No issue with this as this is how it was shown online while ordering, so this has no impact on my rating…but I did like the glass.
The beard balm holds as expected. It’s easily malleable and works into your hands and beard as expected without any issues.
My issue is the scent, it’s not as per the previous Black Oud beard balm I had. I bought this in a 3 pack so will be using this for a while with a more muted scent than expected, compared to previous product. For this reason I can only give it 3/5.
