I previously would’ve highly recommended Zzoomm, but within the last month I feel like I have been hugely let down. We had an issue with internet cutting out in January and an engineer was sent out same day to arrive within a couple of days. However, this time, on May 2nd our internet died, we called up and went through thorough troubleshooting with the advisor on the phone who then said he would book an engineer for ASAP and to call up if we didn’t need it anymore. Despite this, the next day I was contacted by email and asked to try more things, most of which we had gone through already on the phone. This didn’t work, and it was passed to the network team to see if they can remotely fix it though it was clear at this point that there was an issue with the ONT.
3 days after being told an engineer would be booked to arrive ASAP, I then received confirmation that an engineer would arrive over a week after, so 11 days since originally losing service. Come the day of the engineer visit, nobody turned up, I called the customer support line after the window given was passed, and was told that it looks like they’re still due to arrive, we’ll get the scheduling team to give you an update. Ok great.
After an hour and a half had passed and I called up again, it turns out that the scheduling team finished at 6pm. I spoke with a very lovely man who said that it looks like there was no engineer ever assigned to the job, and he’ll rebook me in for the day after. Unfortunately shortly after it turns out the booking bounced back and actually ended up being on the 21st, at this point that’s 19 days of no service, and with me being on holiday from the 18th of May til the start of June, that just isn’t feasible. Thus I have now requested to switch to Vodafone, as 19 days of no service with being sent back and forth continuously is absolutely shocking.
Going forward I implore Zzoomm to have a proper failsafe in case of an engineer not being assigned to a job, however it also should not take this long to get someone out for what is apparently a routine ONT replacement. Sadly after the first instance of there not being an engineer assigned to the job, I can’t trust that it won’t be the same for any future ones.

The engineer called Sunni was brilliant. After being let down so many times it was a joy to have someone who was both professional and easy to talk with and was supportive throughout the whole process. The fittings inside the house were completed extremely tidily and efficiently to my exact requirements. If only my earlier experience had had someone like Mr Sunni then I would not have had the problems I had previously experienced. Zoom need moire engineers like him...someone who sticks to his word and gets the job done. Tell him I really appreciated his work.

Simply excellent after 3 years +.
My box (not the wireless box but the intermediate connecting box) failed and was replaced within days (failed on a weekend) with no charge.
Service excellent.
People excellent.
Virgin enticed me with a very good offer but Zzoom within minutes of completing with virgin, I received an email with an excellent loyalty counter offer. Stayed with Zzoom.
This company is about us and providing the best service to us without any hidden charges and a promise not to inflate during the contract period. Now agreed a two year contract with huge savings.
Exceptionally happy and simply delighted. Thankyou to all at Zzoom - you get it where your competitors are failing. Highly recommend.

I had zoom fitted 7 May. I have made at least four calls for help. I only today have my phone working as no adapter was provided. I have had my internet name altered so have had no mobile phone /iPad connection since then and needed to buy extra data for my phone. I was intending rescinding my contract with you as I was so frustrated with my lack of service. Today I spoke with the lovely Marie, who explained my network name was different than before. She talked me through the issues and I am now on mobile and iPad again. Marie was very patient and pleasant.

Had to have a new router due to intermittent drop outs, it arrived sooner than expected. However completely different router and was unable go connect to the original WiFi as the option was no longer there to pick, so Khaled advised which wifi to connect to and of course my original password wasn't accepted. Not a problem Khaled created a new password for me and now I'm back online, fingers crossed the new router fixes the issues. Been with Zzoomm a couple of years now and haven't needed to ring often and when I have the issues have been sorted. The staff are very friendly. Thank you
