Absolutely fabulous customer service from Richer Sounds Liverpool! I spoke to them several times regarding a purchase of a turntable, stand and speakers for a gift for my daughter. I had already looked up some products on their website but just needed advice as to whether they were all compatible. Dave was so helpful and didn't lose patience at all with my many questions during a lengthy call. Equipment arrived the very next day after ordering over the phone. When setting up, I was unsure as to the fitting the speaker wires which were not colour coded. I spoke to Dave again and he very helpfully sent an email advising which wire went where. I wouldn't have completed the set up without this help!
