The replacement was delivered speedily, though I thought the delivery charge quite high.
However, the replacement Papermate ink cartridge is just a bit too large in diameter to work properly in the pen, though it is advertised as direct replacement for the original.
It is too much trouble to return and ask for a refund, but if the supplier can provide a replacement that actually fits my Papermate, I would be truly grateful.

I was with BG for dual fuel and had their smart meters installed. I left for another supplier and then returned to BG. I was surprised and appalled to receive an email message telling me that the smart meters, which BG installed, would not work following my return to them. Surely BG - a primary supplier - can do better?
