Good price but very busy @ peak

Great range of equipment, plenty of treadmills. Gets VERY busy after work though. A lot of the lockers not in use. Good showers. No secure cycle parking. Teenagers going in the pods in twos, for 1 membership, hanging around the changing rooms.

We want to provide our members with a safe space in which they can get a great workout in and do so, in a clean and friendly environment. We do our very best to provide a wide range of equipment/kit so that members have a variety of ways to workout. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym and see how busy it is! Sucks big ones

Sucks big ones. Seller sold a jacket to me as in very good condition. Picked it up from the post office. The zip was broke, in fact the zip was missing! Now I have to return at my cost after paying for postage. I have lost £5 and spent time collecting, wrapping returning and absolutely nothing to show for it. Never using again. Stick to the charity shops.

Straight in the bin with spurious reviews

I ordered some 'rechargeable' heated gloves for my father in law. These arent rechargeable they have to be plugged in to use. Second time uve stupidly bought from this co. Thinking I might have been unlucky the first time. Fslse economy, everything goes in the bin.
Also every review of the gloves are 5 stars with the very odd 4 stars. My 2 star review hasn't been published!
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Disgrace.

Disgrace profiteering from this. I have 3 boxes of 10 tests in the cupboard that are identical and didn't cost a penny from the NHS but we had to buy them from a commercial company just to get a code.

Dear Christopher,

Thank you for your review. The NHS tests are not used for travel purposes and so there is no additional 'work' involved in their use. In order for the tests to be used for travel, we need to employ a team of result's verifiers who work around the clock verifying results, there is admin involved in generating the required paperwork, a website to maintain (which is also how the results are verified) and we also provide a very high level customer support team who are on hand between 08:00 and midnight seven days a week to assist our customers. It is simply not possible to provide all of this for free. This is to allow people to meet the travel testing requirements set by the government.

We price our tests very competitively whilst also delivering the highest level of customer service.

Dont bother.

Paid for 3 months. Nothing works anymore. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Emailed and told they were changing servers, it would take a moment. That was five days ago and now they don't reply at all. Please avoid at all costs.
Don't be fooled if this works for a few days, it will stop and you won't receive a response. I got 4 days out of my 3 month subscription.

Update. They refunded me in full.

Not a happy customer

Was happy with everything until my Moto g3 arrived! Nice phone everything seemed to work, until I tried connecting other devices via Bluetooth. My devices would find the phone, but the phone simply wouldn't connect to anything. Phone reset, software updates everything but no. So can't use my Bluetooth for anything. Big big downside. After inserting my sd card and listening to some music, (not on Bluetooth speakers mind) checking out my photos etc, 3 hrs later looking for an old photo on my sd card, the phone couldn't find my card for some reason. Reinserted the card and it was readable......for about an hour. Tried 2 more sd cards, one from my tablet and one brand new. The same thing happens. This means as well as not being able to access my files off an sd card, I can't transfer apps to it either. After downloading 2 apps the phone was full and I constantly got out of memory warnings. I sent my phone back at my cost recorded delivery, and it came back exactly the same having being told no fault was found and heres your hand set back. I now have a brand new phone I'm paying for monthly sat in a drawer. Whilst using the sim in my old Sony phone.
Remember cheap gets you cheap customer service and cost cutting at every corner.
Not a happy first customer at all!!!!
