Not a happy customer
Was happy with everything until my Moto g3 arrived! Nice phone everything seemed to work, until I tried connecting other devices via Bluetooth. My devices would find the phone, but the phone simply wouldn't connect to anything. Phone reset, software updates everything but no. So can't use my Bluetooth for anything. Big big downside. After inserting my sd card and listening to some music, (not on Bluetooth speakers mind) checking out my photos etc, 3 hrs later looking for an old photo on my sd card, the phone couldn't find my card for some reason. Reinserted the card and it was readable......for about an hour. Tried 2 more sd cards, one from my tablet and one brand new. The same thing happens. This means as well as not being able to access my files off an sd card, I can't transfer apps to it either. After downloading 2 apps the phone was full and I constantly got out of memory warnings. I sent my phone back at my cost recorded delivery, and it came back exactly the same having being told no fault was found and heres your hand set back. I now have a brand new phone I'm paying for monthly sat in a drawer. Whilst using the sim in my old Sony phone.
Remember cheap gets you cheap customer service and cost cutting at every corner.
