First time subscriber and sent same…
First time subscriber and sent same card to six recipients. Two never received them. Shocked to know there is a limit on how many greetings you can send via text per month … 10! Is that the same for non-text greetings? I planned to use this source for Christmas greetings and now I’m looking at other means in lieu of cost of postage. Disappointed.

Regarding the sending limits, I'd like to clarify that your Premium membership allows you to send as many ecards as you wish by email or shared link. The limit of 10 per month applies only to text messages sent directly to a mobile number through our service.
You can also share your cards via text, WhatsApp, Messenger or other platforms using the card's link, without using your included text credits.
I've also reached out to you by email with some additional information about the cards you've sent and to offer further assistance. I hope to hear back from you soon.

Very User Friendly
I'm very happy with the site as it's user friendly + it notifies you when the email has gone out and when it was opened. That's very helpful. I wish I could have uploaded my own music, but found something useable and pleasant.

Great, personal customer service!
Two staff members, Julie and Kris, went above and beyond to correct an error I had somehow made when I was editing a birthday card to send to my 91 year old mother. Although it was my mistake, they refunded a resulting additional charge, gave me a credit and ensured my Mom received her card. I was so impressed to receive this excellent, personal customer service for such a low cost purchase (under $10 - but of high emotional value!) I have used 123 Cards for years to send loving messages to my special people and this recent experience guarantees me as a life long customer!

They send the cards I choose to the right place, at the right time, they notify me when the card has been sent, then seen. Also this company reminds me ahead of time, when it is someone's birthday, so I have never missed one since I have been with this company. Excellence.

A Card of Love A Day Keeps Marital Trouble and Strife Away
I took a three-day trial to 123cards.com last week because I am trying to reconcile with my wife and our 15th anniversary and her 65th birthday fall out on consecutive days. Those cards were so well received I took out a monthly subscription and plan to send her a card every morning just to say I love you. The cards are cheerful and funny
The cards are cheerful and funny, no morbid music. However I was using your site for quite a few years then suddenly found every card I tried to send came up with,” error, it’s a blocked email address.” None of them were blocked but I just wasn’t allowed to send them. If I had known I had to pay I would have sorted that. This ended up in some people not getting a card.😵💫

I found the selection of cards to be…
I found the selection of cards to be somewhat limited - not many designs suitable for older teenagers or adults. The majority seemed aimed at very young children - and I was looking at the selection of 'Adult' cards.....So many designs also included a very juvenile musical rendition of 'Happy Birthday' - far too 'cute' for my taste. Please offer some simple, attractive designs.
