Like most people have said they are total SCAMMERS who I called to send an emergency plumber out. Call out fee £49 great but they then send you a vastly inflated invoice afterwards and laughingly expect you to pay it 🤣. The plumber was a nice guy and he told me how much he would have charged for the job so I paid that instead of what they billed me for, I then received phone calls threatening debt collectors but I won’t be intimidated, needless to say they backed down and reduced the bill to what I had actually paid because, of course, they know they wouldn’t win in a court of law!

this company is a scam. they told me that they charge £49 for a callout plus labour and material. they demanded £380 for changing a tap seal in the bathroom. 10 min job.
i had to call the police and paid them nothing. guy has stolen my tap while i was on the phone wih the police and run off
save your time and nervs and dont use them!

When I called them up a lady picked up and said that a technician will come in 2 hours .I asked to speak to the technician before he comes in and after discussion I said let me first check with my landlord before booking in as there might be some work involved in altering the water line. The technician said fine and I told him I will get back to him at a later Date. Then the lady calls back and tells me that there is a booking fee of 49 pounds pending ? I was like what is that for I haven't even called them to my house ? She said oh but we booked a slot for you and regardless of whether the technician comes or not you need to pay up.. I refused and she started threatening me that they will report to the debt collector. I said fine go ahead but I'm not getting scammed by you guys. Later I checked the trustpilot reviews and its filled with bad reviews so I'm posting mine too, Stay away from them !!!

I wish i had read these reviews before i booked them to change a ceiling rose yesterday. Absolutely ripped off good and proper. Was told it would be £49 callout fee and the guy would be here in 1_2 hours. Guy came explained what needed to be done, no parts required as we had it already in situ,unfortunately my husbands eyes are not what they use to be. Job completed in under 10 minutes . Said he had to do a few checks as it was electrical which was fair enough. Messaged through to head office who then called me and asked for £429. They charged me £120 for checks and a further £240 for emergency callout. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Absolute rip off merchants.

Not even worth one star! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Said there was a £47 call out fee to fix our boiler. Couldn’t fix it but charged £260, said he could send his mate who knew more about it than he did for an extra £150. Engineer sat outside until we paid the £260 and we felt threatened. We’ve complained but got nowhere. We used British Gas and it cost £160 for the fix which was a faulty fuse.

Absolute rip off. Paid £49 call out fee and was then charged an extra £300 for 30 minutes work. Asked for a proper invoice and was told in that case I’d need to pay £410. Stay away!!!

Told me £49 call out, then found I was being charged an extra £180 as it was within a couple of hours. I should never have paid the extra. I wanted a invoice and report so I could make a claim. Eventually I got an invoice, but no report. But not worth making a claim now.

My parents ( both very ill health , dad is also going through chemotherapy) had best call out 24.7 out yesterday ... my parents explained on the phone we needed a gas registered man to pull our fireplace out ( to let a bird out that was stuck behind it) ... a man called fas got sent out and straight away said he isn't gas registered and needed 50 pound call out fee!!! Absolutely appalling service! All he done was walked into the room and said he can't do the job .. well why send him out then? Scamming trades men!! Avoid at all cost!

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LET THESE SCAMMERS into your home. £49 call out charge £390 replacing a bit of piping and sticking a block of wood under our shower pipe in the hopes of making good. Full report received stating fixtures and fitting had to be used to support the pipe. Insurance company came out to access the work and won't pay out due to poor workmanship and false report. Had to pay for another plumber to rectify the work. Contacted company on numerous occasions via email with NO reply. Unfortunately there is a NO star option on this page otherwise this scamming company would be receiving just that.

Wished I read some review before booking with them. Women on the phone said said someone would come within a couple of hours (called at 9am). Technician called and said he had a busy day outside of town so would come a little later in the day. At 6:30pm I called the technician to see when he was coming. He ended up coming a little after 8pm. Spent 30min tops checking a couple of things and rinsing out the syphon. The lady called with the bill. £380!!!! Nothing of this was said during the phone call about the hourly rate, only mention of money was the £49 call-out charge. We were chocked! Called them back cause how much of a emergency call was it when it took almost 12h for them to show up. She ended up lowering it to £300, for the delay. We begrudgingly paid, but we might take them to court, since they claimed a contract was made and that we were informed about prices when we weren't. And extortionate prices. Now afterwards we've looked into it and most other companies are half price. We're absolutely livid! Wished you could give under 1star. Because they don't even deserve that.

It pains me to give even 1 star to this company. If you want cowboys and multiple additional problems, this is who to call. We paid £49 call out fee and it wasn’t fixed. They sent another “plumber” the next day who did a shoddy job. After probing, turns out he’s not a qualified plumber at all - never has been even in his own country. The call handler was rude and forceful. When I stopped answering my phone, she proceeded to call my wife who wasn’t even at home. They tried to charge me over £400 for nothing - I told the man to take apart his shoddy work and leave my house. They threatened me with court action if I didn’t pay, but I threatened it straight back when they claim to use fully qualified people! She soon stopped trying it on then!
Avoid at ALL costs. Wish i’d read the reviews before calling them out of desperation. They need shutting down - they will only take advantage of vulnerable people.

Shocking, technician didn’t know anything about boiler repair.
Charged a vulnerable pensioner £300 and couldn’t find fault. Electrcrian fixed the boiler next day in about 10mins, said it was a simple fuse.
Do not use this company (con artists).

What a rip off these need to be shut down. Absolutely disgusting, charged us £299.00 to look at our boiler….. DO NOT GO WITH THESE dodgy people

Con job. As everyone has said, the "booking fee" setup is basically that you pay £49 for them to make a phone call, anything else is extra. We actually got the problem resolved ourselves before the technician arrived and tried to cancel. The call handler was quite argumentative and started talking none stop with endless excuses why we must pay the fee, because the "technician is on his way, almost at your house" but then 5 seconds later saying "he's at another job, very nearby and you are next". When I requested an electronic invoice be sent they tried to refuse. At this point I wouldn't even trust them enough to give my card details by phone. Eventually after speaking to the technician directly they have sent an invoice by email. It's just a nasty little racket. Take 5 minutes on Google to look up a legitimate local technician rather than this scam!!

Phoned as my boiler was making a banging noise and cutting out, was told about £49 call out fee, fair enough. Guy came out looks at the boiler water pressure temperature etc. appreciate you have to pay for diagnostic expertise but he told me the job would be £959 in total to repair the boiler, I then told him I didn't even have that money he said okay it's £299 for the hour and call out fee, I was shocked at how much. I am now in a position I need to get a new boiler so have wasted my money. Engineer was friendly enough but his phone kept going off 'its the office calculating the price' all very quickly and seemed to add up to a lot. Personally feel they are taking advantage of people in desperate situations.

Disgusting service, wanted to charge me around 900 plus vat to unblock a drain. Every excuse from well its sunday, to oh it's a commercial property.
And to top it off a customer has just come in pub with a drain snake and cleared it in 30 seconds. DO NOT USE PEOPLE

They charge you £50 just for them to contact a plumber. It’s ridiculous. I called out for a problem at my home but I cancelled after 30-40 minutes of placing a call. The pumper hasn’t even been dispatched to my home, I asked on the phone to please ask the person who comes to give me a call before coming to make sure I am back home (as I had to pick up my kid) but during that time nobody called. That person hasn’t even started their way to my home, however, they still charged me £50 even after cancelling and for no job done. They only used ridiculous excuses to abused people. Never ever will I call again. You are better off contacting plumbers directly.

Discovered we had a leak under our sink, quick search due to urgency, found this lot, called them out. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Told £50 call out fee and then it's just labour cost, ask about per hr rate, "no just labour". Sounded promising. Guy turns up. Look under sink for a few minutes and says it looks like it will be a big job. Tap replacement and pipes (yes, multiple) to be replaced. He hadn't got the time and needed to get someone else to come over at some point. For now, he would "cap" the hot pipe, to stop the leak. Said we aren't looking for a complete project, just a fix for now, he has already got our backs up, so not a good sign. Goes to the water heater, turns off the hot water, but what we don't know, it breaks while he works on it, never tells us. Then after pushing the 'big job' approach again, we say it ain't happening. He says he will turn the water feed back on, goes to the cupboard, the next thing he is walking out the frontdoor (next to the heater cupboard) saying something about the office ( is he calling or going to and coming back, who knows?), few minutes later check and he has buggered off. Call the company and kick off and send a different person to get us going again. 45 minutes later, nothing. Call and chase, on his way. 15 mins, nowt. Call and say don't bother as we got someone a neighbour trusts. They then demand their £50 fee. Yeah right, good luck with that. Then found these comments. Like so many, wish I had before. Can only imagine what price they would have quoted and other damage they would have done. 100% scam artists and when you dig into it, they've been doing it for 5 years.

Absolutely abysmal. I wish I had found the other reviews first and gone elsewhere. Using these cowboys has probably just cost me two grand minimum through their plumbers incompetence.
I implore anyone reading this, DON'T use this service. I am absolutely gutted and the moron they sent has destroyed my home. I could cry.

They came to my house to tell my wife it was a leak on the boiler, then will be £800 WITHOUT INVOICE! Obviously, we said not! So, they charged my wife £349 for the call out.
Another company came today and actually FIXED THE PROBLEM for only £105 with invoice!
