I have ordered a red satin lehnga (order no. 750048) worth 4800₹ (prepaid) on 28th nov 2025 its 23rd dec 2025 they have not shipped the item yet, on the app it’s showing processing, i have raised a ticket as well but they are just saying we are onto your order it will get to you asap, on the app shipping process is just extending every week, i have mailed them and constantly calling them on customer support but no response from the team , this is so disappointing and frustrating
Scam alert

I ordered three suit sets a month ago. Only one was delivered, and the quality was very poor—the color on the sleeves was already faded. There has been no update or communication regarding the remaining two suit sets despite waiting for weeks.
Acchho is not customer-friendly and does not seem trustworthy anymore. It feels like they are clearing old stock. This was a complete waste of money. This was my first and definitely my last purchase from Acchho.

Order hasn't delivered since 2 months. Stay away from this brand. Highly unprofessional

Very very bad experience with this achho.. I ordered 2 suits the amount is 7500 rupees .. after 20 days I got only one parcel .. and I'm telling you about that suit quality is very poor , very transparent and I wanted to return that suit but "aachho" costumer support is very bad they don't respond and don't reply .. one more thing my second parcel is still pending .. I didn't get it ..... They are scammer they are fraud.... I'm done with Achho

The colours are not shown correctly. The material is sub standard
They do not have returns
Exchange is possible but we will have to bear the courier charges

Worst customer experience.
I have placed a order more than 1.5 months ago, didn't got any updates after so mnay followups. I tried calling the customer support no one picks up , even rasing tickets did not help at all.

Fraud by Aachoo.It has been more than 3 months I had placed order worth Rs 4000, for 2 months there was no response and on 27th November they sent a mail stating order has been cancelled due to non-acceptance of order. There was no delivery attempt, as i stay in condominium where entry and exit is notified, they do not take calls, nor respond to emails not even to tracking order details.

This is the first time we have experienced such unfair business practices from them. Despite waiting over two months, the product for order #734489 was never delivered. When we requested a refund, their customer care refused to return the payment.
This treatment is especially disappointing given that we are long-standing customers.
I strongly advise others not to purchase their products, as they refuse refunds when issues arise. We will proceed to file a complaint with the consumer forum if they don’t return the money in 2-3 days.

As the comments say - extremely slow delivery. Because of this I asked them to cancel my order. They ignored me and delivered the order a month after requesting cancellation. I no longer need the set. The worst customer service I've ever encountered.

An update after their ridiculous response - absolutely nothing happened, they never responded to me, completely ignoring the tickets raised. The ticket had been opened since November. Since I've raised the claim with my bank for a refund, now they're disputing that, instead of talking to their customers. Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. The co-ord set they delivered is an absolute joke. The color is NOTHING like what they show on their website, and the quality is so bad it feels like it’s worth less than the packaging it came in.
They promised delivery in 15 days, but I received my order after almost 3 months. THREE months. And during that entire time, I messaged their support 4–5 times — not a single reply. Their own policy says they respond within 48 hours, but clearly, their policies mean nothing.
Now after sending me a completely wrong, cheap, poor-quality product way past the delivery time, they have the audacity to say they don’t have a return or refund policy. Convenient, isn’t it? They break every policy on their side, and the customer is expected to just accept it.

This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable.

Avoid this seller at all costs. They are a complete waste of money and time.

Don’t buy from Aachoo they deliver poor quality products and cheap items they don’t have any exchange policy.
They are frauds.

I ordered a product in 1st week of Nov and now this month is about to end in 3 days, still havent received the order. Their return policy is also very bad. only get store or website creedit. not your money back.
So I ended up paying for 2 products out of which i havent received yet

Extremely disappointed with Aachho. My order (Harshini Blue Solid Chanderi Suit Set, Order ID: 743691, placed on 12 November 2025) was cancelled after over 20 days of waiting, despite being needed urgently for my sister’s wedding. There was no proactive communication, and multiple support tickets were ignored. This last-minute cancellation and lack of customer service have completely broken my trust in the brand.

Ordered 3 products on Oct 10th , as of nov end they haven’t sent one pending product , I offered go change the product into something they have in stock and they still haven’t responded or sent the product ! It’s a scam website.

Order ID: 721384 could you please provide status update. Actually for one order it's been 1 month and for another 1 month and a week plus. One shows ready for ship but no pickup since 2 days. Another still shows processing you guys don't have any ETA or what ? This is truly unprofessional.

Horrible service. Not a single callback after a month. Their so-called ticket process is worthless, and it’s clear nobody bothers to read customer issues. A brand that can’t handle even the basics.

WORST BRAND TO ORDER FROM-Very poor very unprofessional they haven't completed the order since a month. No reply to query as well. App says to contact customer support. But no help from the same.
No one attends the phone call. No one helps.
Very frustrating. Strongly not recommended
