I have placed on 25th October with payment still no response....Moreover whenever I tried simply postponig processing week by week....Is it a professional ethics?. And no one give reply personally....Everything is pre recorded...

I have ordered from Aachho 3 times till now the 1st two times the product came in the given time and the dresses are beautiful but this time I am disappointed as there is delay in the delivery and on customs care to take responsibility or talk to they don’t reply they do get back on email or resolution the ticket please buy at your own risk if your lucky you will get the order otherwise you won’t get it in time at least.

IT IS A SCAM

Really disappointed with Aachoo, ordered a product in September, it is November now but the product has not been delivered, This is a fraud site and scammming people. The experience has been incredibly frustrating. Forget about them refunding your money!!! No response from the customer service over emails or calls. They have been the worst brand I have ever come across and would not recommend to anybody!

If negative review was an option I would have given that almost a month passed by prepaid product not delivered and no response either I felt my 11k went down the drain I ordered to attend a wedding and that event has already happened still no delivery spoiled my event even after prepaying 11k almost 1 month prior no top of it no response on instagram all they do is delete comments such a scam never ever buy don't fall for the marketing guys such a waste

Very bad service and worst customer care process. Also the product they give is low quality plus on exchange of their produ t they charge you again. Why will anybody pay for thier errors.

Extremely unprofessional. While they fulfilled 90% of the order, they were all shipped in a piecemeal fashion which was painful. The tracking information ws also not accurate. They, however, have not yet delivered one item which was the most expensive and anticipated of the lot. The customer service and response rate is abysmal. My order was placed on 13th October and I still have not received the item or had a status update from Aachho. They have stopped responding to my queries as well. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Aachho and will advise anyone who is keen to order from them to stay away.

No response on exchanging the same size because got the faulty product. Worst customer support.its been 15 days but no response yet and delivery is also too slow……

Very poor very unprofessional they haven’t completed the order since a month. No reply to query as well. App says to contact customer support. But no help from the same. No one attends the phone call. No one helps. Very frustrating. Strongly not recommended

Never ever order from this pathetic brand. I ordered a suit from the website on 10th of october and it is 9th November. The order status is still in progress. No customer support no one to help. Pathetic service
I tried reaching out to the there rude customer care and half of the time they do not pick up and when they pickup they say it will be delivered soon and the status never gets updated…where the hell is order its been almost one month ,completely poor service

My order no. 693713 payment has been done on 10th September but till now I have not received the order, so I just want to know when I will get my order otherwise I will take legal action.

I have the same complaint regarding aachho …placed two orders in september ..did not get my order till date…despite of multiple complaints through mail messages and through app also…when aachho did not leave me any option then i had to visit their outlet in vasant kunj, delhi and they have given me a number and promise of delivering my order within 15 days and given me an option also to pick another outfit from their outlet of same range(in case you don’t want to wait for your order) , if any of you are residing near delhi then you can do the same.in case this helps, atleast a better option than not ever getting your order or money refund

If there is a 0 or minus star I would have given that.My daughter ordered 1 lehenga almost a month now and no updates.
I ordered a lehenga 20 days back and no response even after continuous emails.
Their customer support number doesn’t work and copy paste email for tickets raised.
If you plan a dress for the wedding,they might send it for baby shower if you are lucky

It has been a month since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received it. This order was meant for my wedding function, and the delay has caused a lot of inconvenience. Please update me on the status or arrange a resolution at the earliest.

They dont send products they dnt respond to email whstapp or phone calls.. guess its a scam.. looks like they sending free products to influencer for marketing... many have complained on instagram but they delete all negative comments ...plz dont buy..be aware.. looks like a huge scam..I had ordered a month back still no response..reason saying still in process..& no one replies to email or whstapp or calls..

I ordered a dress worth ₹5,000 from Aachho, and it has been one month, but I still haven’t received it. I honestly don’t even know what to say about this brand anymore. The experience has been extremely disappointing. Please do NOT buy from them — they feel completely fake and fraudulent.

The worst part is that they have created a system where you cannot contact them at all. They don’t reply to emails, and it has been weeks with zero updates.

This has been the worst experience and truly the worst brand I’ve ever dealt with. I would never recommend Aachho to anyone.

Placed an order and its been two weeks. Not received the order and neither timeline. The customer service phone numbers doesn't work. They are fraud, do not buy from them

I recently discovered that Aachho has a No Return Policy for dresses, which is really disappointing. For clothing items, a return or exchange option is essential, especially when there are size or fitting issues.
Because of this policy, I would not recommend purchasing dresses from the Aachho site. A flexible return policy is a must for customer satisfaction.

Its been more than 20 days i have placed a order with them but not getting any update on the same. Neither order is delivered nor able to process the return. Tried many times at their customer care as well, no response. its worst experience for me since i have started online shopping. very bad
