I am very unhappy with how they deal the delivery and customer no response at all even on their app they dont update no place to contact them no refund nothing . I wont recommend this website at all atleast to place online order very unproffessional. I am still waiting for my order or any response but nothing.

This is a fraud site and scammming people. I am extremely disappointed with this company. The experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear that they have no regard for ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly or on time.Its been 2 months placed 2 orders. There is no way to contact them!! Forget about them refunding your money!!! No response from the customer service over emails or calls. They have been the worst brand I have ever come across and would not recommend to anybody!

This is a fraud site. DON'T BUY FROM THIS. Even though we cancelled the order, they still delivered it - we kept raising tickets, emails and phone calls - no one picks up and responds. They are fraud guys.

The lack of attention to detail and customer care is unacceptable. Have placed a prepaid order worth 18,000Rs/- 2 months back. Not delivered yet. No response from the customer service over emails or calls

I ordered a suit and it came with all threads out and all over the suit, worse it came post 2.5 months when my function was already over. I tried putting in a replacement request and the team at Aachho have closed my tickets twice! I raised it on 9th September and yet have not got the credit note to buy another product! They have been the worst brand I have ever come across and would not recommend to anybody!

Aacho is completely untrustworthy. I placed my order long back, and they haven’t delivered it even after repeated follow-ups. No proper response on calls or emails — they just ignore customers once payment is done. This feels like a total scam or fraudulent behavior. They make false promises, take money, and don’t deliver on time. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Beware before ordering from Aacho — they cheat customers with fake commitments and zero accountability.

I ordered 3 sarees from Aachho on 12th September, and it’s been almost 2 months — yet I haven’t received my order. Every time I contact their support team, it’s the same set of excuses over phone and email with absolutely no real update or action.

Their customer service is pathetic — calls keep disconnecting, emails get copy-paste responses, and no one takes ownership. They happily take your money and then disappear.

This is not a one-off delay — it’s a clear pattern of false promises, zero accountability, and complete unprofessionalism.

I’m done wasting my time and patience. Never ordering from Aachho again, and I strongly warn others — don’t fall for their fancy website or ads. They simply don’t deliver.

Very disappointed with my purchase. After waiting nearly two months, I received a completely different suit than what I had ordered. As this order was meant for Diwali celebrations, the delay has caused inconvenience. I would appreciate it if you could please check the current status and let me know when I can expect the delivery. Order #712141 placed on 03-Oct-2025 for the Divyana Green Solid Chanderi Suit Set — NOT RECEIVED TILL NOW! What kind of scam is this? It’s been weeks, and there’s no update, no tracking, no delivery — NOTHING.

The so-called customer care number doesn’t even work, and I’ve sent 10+ emails that have all been completely ignored. It’s like shouting into a void! Absolutely pathetic service, zero professionalism, and no respect for customers.

I honestly can’t believe how horrible this experience has been. This company clearly doesn’t care once they get your money. Worst online shopping experience ever.

Horrible experience never again delayed delivery since a month 😕 frustrating still not dilevered

I would rate lower than one star if I could! I had received 3 suits of poor quality after chasing them up constantly. Just before Diwali, after I am chased them up, I am told that my order will not come on Diwali and that I can cancel my order. However after I gave my cancellation no one reached out to me. I have not received my money back nor my remaining suits.

My emails sent to their support email are now receiving auto generated responses which is unacceptable because how am I supposed to contact them.

I am told to use the ticket system but no one responds to that too. Then how can I reach out to them. Oh that’s right you can’t. Because they are frauds!

I truly hope they go out of business which they most likely will. Anyone reading this please do not buy from them otherwise you will regret like me and others.

I ordered a suit worth 4657 on 1st of October for diwali but it's still showing processing. This is so disappointing. It's a prepaid order I'm very concerned about it kindly deliver it. This review also serves as a final, formal demand for the immediate resolution of the outstanding issue of non delivery of order 686395, despite upfront payments. This order was placed on 31st August 2025!!!! I have also requested cancellation but to no avail. The brand sends me promotional messages till now of delivery before diwali and they have not yet fulfilled the previous order, long pending! Is your purpose just minting money out of customers without delivery of the product?

To date, your handling of this matter has been profoundly disappointing and constitutes a failure to deliver the service or product promised. This poor service quality appears to be indicative of a broader, systemic issue, which is clearly documented by the numerous public online reviews detailing unsatisfactory business practices and unstatisfactory customer service, even on LinkedIn.

Let me be clear: I am no longer seeking basic customer service. I require a concrete plan and commitment to resolve this matter completely.

Should this issue remain unresolved I will proceed immediately with the due process of formal complaint escalation. with all relevant national consumer protection and regulatory bodies.

THEY OFFER NO RETURNS. I don't need the product anymore as they delivered it today (22nd October). I cant place any returns. DO NOT SHOP. Product are also absolutely pathetic. Regretting my decision

First of all I received my order after 4 months of regular follow ups,, second the product quality was not worth of 250 Rupees. Not going to buy anything again or never would recommend them to anyone… Rest you all can order from them at your own risk. Horrible experience.
