Academy Windows Avaliações

I've used Academy Windows several times over the years, and they continue to deliver an excellent service every time. They are a professional, reliable, and affordable company that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
From the initial visit to measure up and provide a quote, through to ordering, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The team were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Once we had agreed an installation date, my windows were manufactured to meet the scheduled fitting date, and everything went exactly to plan.
The installation team arrived on time on a Saturday morning and had everything completed by early afternoon. The quality of both the product and the workmanship was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free.
You really couldn't ask for more, which is exactly why I keep coming back to Academy Windows. Thank you once again for another fantastic job!

The process was seamless and the staff very helpful. No hard sell or having to spend hours with a salesman. It's good to support a local company. The price was very competitive and I now have a beautiful new front door.😃 An added bonus was being able to see a computer generated image of what the various doors would look like when fitted into my home.

Excellent Service end to end.

They got everything done in a timely manner and did everything in 3 days to install 10+ windows and a front door.

We are looking to order more windows and a external door.

I was recommended Academy Windows by a member of family whom had used them on a number of occasions before. Initially i had lots of questions around the work to be carried out and they very prompt and helpful providing answers and recommendations on how to proceed. The surveyor and installers were very polite and the work was carried out with care and attention to detail. I will definitely be using the guys again.

From beginning to end we experienced a very professional and friendly attitude.
The work was completed on time and exactly as expected. The guys worked with consideration and ensured everything was cleared away on completion.

The best builders we have ever had work at our house. Kind, considerate, caring, fantastic workmanship, tidy and respectful of our home. Will definitely be using them again.

From start to finish the service and quality is second to none.

Product is great.
Fitters were great.
Very happy.

From first contact through to installation, every point of the process was handled professionally by the friendly, efficient team.
I was supplied with really helpful mock-up drawings of the window options & a frame sample which matched the front door perfectly.
Everyone was super to deal with, the quality of the windows was excellent and I’m delighted with the results.

Excellent communication and great workmanship throughout. Would definitely use again and happily recommend. Thank you.

Academy replaced a total of 8 old uPVC and wooden windows and around 20m of roofline. From first enquiry to the job being completed, I was confident that I had made the right choice. Another house on the lane had recently hired Academy so I had the benefit of seeing their work and hearing the positive experience he had throughout.

Could you find someone to do it cheaper? Yes. Do you get what you pay for? Definitely.

The work was done efficiently, every effort to be clean and tidy was made and the three experienced fitters were a pleasure to have around the place.

Would happily recommend to anyone thinking about having this kind of home improvements done.

I cannot fault the fantastic service that Academy Windows offer and deliver.
From first enquiry to follow up planning visits and installation, the team went over and above.
I have had my entire house fitted with all new windows, doors and bifolds and I can’t recommend the AW team highly enough.

Very professional two very good workers work finish of a high standard very pleased with everything would recommend the company to anyone and would use you again thanks

An excellent job delivered once again by a highly rated company. They have completed many projects for us over the years, including removing a bedroom window and replacing it with a door, supplying and fitting a window and two roof lanterns, building a new porch, and replacing windows.
The team was extremely professional, pleasant, and polite throughout. Communication was excellent, and their “no problem” attitude made the whole experience stress-free. They were highly professional yet friendly at all times.
I would definitely recommend their services to friends and relatives.

Excellent service from start to finish

100% recommend

From the beginning right to the very end I found everyone involved absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t rate this company any higher . From the planning stage right through to the seamless installation. The team installing the windows were amazing and were genuinely proud of their amazing work. My house has literally been transformed thank you so much I love it.

Academy Windows was efficient and reliable from the start. I was worried that having the windows replaced would cause chaos. You would never have known they had been there, apart from the new windows which we love. Thsnk you!

I have had some of my windows and my front door and back door done and I couldn’t recommend these enough. They always go above and beyond for you. Can’t recommend these enough!! Thank you ☺️

On my first experience of using this firm i can only give them 5 stars. From my first message inquiry and then the phone conversation to the fitting of my French doors everyone was so helpful and friendly. I initially had a small problem with the cat flap but that was my fault for not doing my research as I assumed cat flaps were standard size but it was rectified within a week without fuss and at a good price. I 100% recommend these guys.

What a fabulous company! From the quote visit and all the way through to installation they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The sales, office staff, and the workmen were extremely efficient, clean and tidy, knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough for your doors and windows.
