Academy Windows Avaliações

Excellent service from initial visit to installation Joe and Danny did the install and were brill very respectful of my property and very good and making as little mess as possible and cleaning up
Windows are very good quality and definitely value for money
As a company I can highly recommend them Aran was very good at communicating progress from order to time of installation

Wanted to say thank you for all work Academy windows have done for me. Very impressed and very pleased.
All of the guys have been fantastic, very professional, polite and friendly. The chap who replaced a few windows, Dave, very kindly took glued strips off windows from the pleated blinds in place and then replaced them on the new windows saving me from having to possibly order new strips and wait for them and then apply myself.
What a lovely guy, as I said, everyone has been incredibly professional and friendly and done an amazing job!!!!

We had the windows and door of our small conservatory replaced by Academy Windows along with the roof, guttering, downpipes and facias. The whole experience from start to completion was smooth, professional and stress-free. There was no sales pressure; we had a visit and measure-up, a speedy quote which was very competitive and a realistic time frame for the installation. The men arrived promptly on the appointed day and kept to the advised time scale for the installation. They were very hard working, friendly, professional and respectful and clearly knew what they were doing. It was a real pleasure having them complete the work and we wish to thank Dan, Jim and Ryan for their efforts which we really appreciated. They left the place immaculate each day and took all rubbish away. I cannot emphasise enough how pleased we are with the work undertaken and I strongly recommend Academy Windows.

I have always bought through Academy, their prices are very competitive and you dont feel like your being hard sold too.
After full windows and doors plus soffits install a couple of years ago I had to call them out for a service call, they were excellent, and we could not be happier or more impressed.

Shopping for windows etc? Do yourself a favour, see Academy, they are the best in the Colchester area.

Superb experience, great quality, choice and price.
I was floundering re choices and was given all the info I needed to make a decision. The whole process, survey, communication and finally installation all faultless. I knew this was a good trusted company from local word of mouth....and that's exactly what they turned out to be.
My doors and windows look fantastic, a great upgrade from what I had. Although wasn't by any means a small purchase I found the pricing very competitive.

(Work carried out in September 2022)
From start to finish Academy Windows have been excellent to deal with! From providing a fast detailed quote to fitting our new windows and doors and providing excellent aftercare service (Thanks Duncan) It was a reasonably big job which included fitting all new windows and doors throughout our house including a 3 pane bifold door, and 2 doors and a glass skylight for our utility room (For which the frame had to be built from scratch, thanks Paul & Steve) All the guys were really friendly, polite and a good laugh so instantly put us both at ease. Very pleased with our new front door (Thanks Ryan) The bifold door turned out to be a bigger job than was first thought but Steve, Paul & Ricky worked incredibly hard to get a fantastic result. We couldn't be happier with all the work that the team have completed for us. If you are looking for new windows, doors, a conservatory or roofline work we would highly recommend giving Academy windows a ring.

Excellent job done fitting our new front door. Fitters were superb. Didn’t rush the job, sealed and finished really well, took the time to conceal unsightly existing wires, made good brickwork from old door and left no mess.
Really good job.

We had four windows and one front door - from start to finish ie initial sales visit, measuring up visit and finally installation, the whole process was fantastic.
It's refreshing to work with a company that you feel you can completely trust to do a great job at a fair price. I would definitely 100% recommend

Having obtained quotes Academy Windows have provided good value in the construction of a new conservatory with underfloor heating and a wood burner. Activities were well coordinated and attention paid to blend the design details with the house. The site team was considerate and responsive to questions. The work was completed to expectations, but having used them before this was anticipated. I would have no issue with using them again in the future.

We have had Academy windows carry out many of their services and always never regretted it. Their workmanship and friendly team have always exceeded our expectations and we have often spoke to others about the company. Keep up the great work.

Academy is a great local company run by brilliant and helpful staff. Everyone we've dealt with has been great, the prices are superb and the level of workmanship is second to none. We've used them repeatedly over the years and would whole-heartedly recommend them.

Quality products and very professional service throughout, from initial quotes through to fitting and completion. Customer care was also excellent and we are thrilled with our new windows and doors.

We have recently had our conservatory fitted and cladding to front and rear of our property. This follows previous window and front door installations. Each time their workmen are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Our house has been transformed!

The whole process, from ordering to the installation of our new front door, has been good. Academy even accommodated, with no complaints, a small change of mind on our part some time after our order was placed. The installation was carried out by two nice guys, Mark and Mike, who arrived on time, did a great job and were very careful about clearing up and leaving the place clean and tidy. We are delighted with the new door and have received several nice comments from neighbours too. Thank you Academy Windows.

We had three quotes for a replacement conservatory and Academy Windows were by far the best in price install and service.
Although we don't always go with the lowest price Academy Windows are a long well established local company manufacturing their own windows to a very high end quality which also I assume make them very competitive.
The sales representative was not pushy knowing his product was good quality and we got a full detailed quotation within two hours from the call.
The install guys were very professional in the five days work.
We asked for the roof edge to be changed as we didn't like the style which was replaced at no extra charge.
We also had an issue with the bottom inside plaster cracking on the board joints but the problem was resolved with internal cladding again completed with no extra charge and looks great.
A special thanks to Aran and Duncan who sorted these two small issues and to all the staff involved.
I can confidently recommend Academy Windows in you reviewing this company on Trustpilot and many thanks again to all involved.

We recently had five windows and a new front door installed by Academy Windows at our home in Brightlingsea, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Aran was incredibly helpful throughout the design and ordering process, guiding us with his expertise and ensuring everything was tailored to our needs.

The installation team were equally impressive. They were prompt, efficient, and left us with a beautifully finished product. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and we are thrilled with the transformation of our home. A big thanks to Aran and the entire team at Academy Windows for their excellent work. Highly recommend!

I have used Academy windows in Reading twice, once for new doors and again to replace the glazing in 2 windows where the existing seals had caused condensation inside the glass. I am really impressed with the service, products and after care provided by a great customer focussed team.

Brilliant company from start to finish.
Have used on two projects now for windows and doors and both times they have been prompt, efficient and installed to a very high standard.
Their fitters very tidy and left very minimal disturbance to walls.
All and any damage to getting old windows out was repaired to a perfect standard.
I would consider myself very fussy but could not fault the finished product.
If you want a stress free installation at a competitive price use Academy windows.
Thank you Jim, Tony and Steve.

First class service from the initial enquiry to the fitting of the windows. Aaron was extremely helpful answering all my questions promptly. Overall great company to deal with, Highly recommend.

I have used this local company on my last 3 property renovations.
They are always professional, supportive and friendly.
Their workmanship is brilliant and the fitters attention to detail is great. I felt in safe and trusted hands hence why I have been a returning customer.
Fantastic on price aswell!
I have actually recommended this company to my friends who have gone on and used them.
A great company!
