REPLACING FAULTY CHAIRLIFT
My 2014 chairlift one was dying the other died. I had to purchase 2 new carriages. I had chairs and rails so just carriages. From the very first call I made to the last. Customer service was 5 star.The telephone service was perfect, understood my issue and directed me to proper person/dept. The technician Jacob, and Daniel were awesome. The heard my issues dealt with them, cleaned up after themselves, I can't say enough how grateful I am to have used ACORN again. Staff is wonderful. I am happy with my two new carriages. Thank you , a happy customer

Fantastic tech with great customer service!
The tech that installed the stairlift (we think his name is Cameron Watts) was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable, task oriented and explained to us how to use it and had me take a test drive. There aren't enough words to express how much we appreciated him and his customer service.

Outrageously bad experience
My experience with Acorn has been the single most frustrating, disappointing, outrageous experience I have had with any service company. They will not come and service our broken stair lift. They have given us the runaround, repeatedly asking for measurements and photos, and then telling us they cannot find them, open them, or just don’t know what we’re talking about. They finally sent a serviceman out after I complained all of her social media, and he had the wrong account, was prepared to service another kind of stair lift, and the main office said we had to start a new account because they can’t find our photos, again. Clearly, they are looking to sell stair lifts, but do not care what happens to them afterwards they will not service their product.

Installation was good. Rail joints are rough ,giving a bumpy ride in spots. All in all ,pleased with product.

3 stair lift companies…
I had researched 3 stair lift companies and Acorn was the only one to contact me. The stairlift is for my husband who has Parkinsons. We were impressed with the representatives knowledge and the installers workmanship. In the end, the stairlift was more money than we thought, however, we feel safe in knowing it will last many years and is well built.

Good Decision To Have Acorn Chairlift
Steve was so helpful in all ways to give me the information so I could understand everything to help me make my decision. Great guy. Then Jeff came & installed our chairlift & was also just great - did a really good job & informed us of the what to do & what not to do & gave us all paperwork & let us operate the chairlift a few times & went over everything with us. The stair lift is for my brother and…
The stair lift is for my brother and his wife who are both 93 years old. I contacted your company based on my husband‘s experience with Acorn during his employment at a mobility store in Florida. Beginning with a phone call to your office and the appointment with the estimator, as well as the installation person, they were all wonderful people to work with. My brother and his wife are very happy with the stair lift and the ability to enjoy the lower level of their home again. Every member of the Acorn staff was professional, compassionate and efficient.
