The level of care and professionalism was totally amazing. I spoke to a lady called Laura who was so lovely and caring and sorted my problem out. Although she was professional Laura treat me like a human a normal person and understood my situation. I phoned up after getting some dodgy looking letters due to a unpaid dvla tax

I was really unhappy with the service. The woman on the phone kept really sneakily trying to get me to hand over extra information about myself such as date of birth, phone number, email address, none of which are actually required for her to do her job. I politely declined handing over any additional information that wasn't needed to deal with my claim but that did not stop her asking for more and more

information.

Really unhappy that they were trying to harvest so much unneeded data while making it seem like it was nesessary. Be very questioning with everything you hand over and think is it actually needed, question them at every stage as it is NOT OKAY.

This company does appear to be legitimate but do not hand over any information or confirm any details that you don't have to

Presented professionally with empathy to address issues humanely that eased my nerves despite realising it’s all about “debt” settlement ( not the greatest desire of anyone involved ) but it did go well just because she was understanding, and attentive.

I am constantly hounded by this company for a debt which is nothing to do with me. It has been going on for a couple of years now and is seriously distressing. I have been told countless times that my number would be removed from their records yet I still get 3 or 4 calls per week.
