Oliver was truly helpful with assisting me with my situation.

A chat with an informed helpful individual in Chloe G who quickly resolved my query without delay.

The advisor was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. He gave me plenty of time to explain my circumstances. I was very happy and relieved to set up a payment plan.

I spoke with a friendly and respectful person who talked me through my options without making me feel judged or uncomfortable.

Sorry doesn't fix the damage yiu did to my credit score and the PCN appeal was upheld by the DVLA!!!

Advantis have now sent me a letter by post stating they know it negatively affects my credit score when they do a search, even before I received the PCN from the DVLA however have no made effort to remedy it or apologise for the financial detriment I have suffered as a direct repercussion of their unlawly, premature search !!!

Advartis did a search on credit record before the DVLA penalty was even received or my appeal to the DVLA was accepted and my PCN was cancelled.

Despite several complaint emails to Advartis, they have failed to reply.
However they were quick to hound me and harrass me, but now suddenly they fail to respond.

I was in a mad panic!
I live abroad and any contact from a debt collector fills me with dread. But Chloe, through the webchat tool, was polite, professional, and helped me resolve my situation.

I do not have any debt with Advantis and have never had any dealings with them. However, they continue to call me repeatedly regarding someone else. I have told them multiple times that they have the wrong number and to remove my details, yet the calls have continued for months, sometimes several times a day.

I have even called them back to explain the situation, but the issue has not been resolved. This is becoming extremely stressful, and I don’t even owe money; I can’t imagine how distressing this must be for those who do.

If these calls do not stop, I will be taking this further and reporting the matter to the FCA and the ICO for holding my personal data after being instructed to remove it, as well as to Ofcom for repeated nuisance calls. Any further calls will be treated and reported as harassment.

She was so patient & kind in her approach to me & was able to help & reassure me where before I had been too worried to even pick up the phone to contact the company.
