I want to sincerely thank the Advantis employee Osmun who helped me immensely. His support made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate the time, patience, and care he showed. We need more workers like him—his customer service was excellent, professional, and genuinely kind. This experience really stood out, and I’m very grateful for his help.

The lad I spoke with was compassionate, understanding, helpful and genuinely felt he was on my side to resolve this issue. Best experience with one of these agencies.

Advantis Credit sent me a letter for my…

Advantis Credit sent me a letter for my outstanding balance of £87.70 with OVO Energy supplier from 2023.
The problem is that my property supplier was Octopus Energy so I had provided Advantis all my documents of my energy provider for the year 2023. They are scammers.

Sandra was extremely patient and took the time to listen carefully to my views. She handled everything with a high level of professionalism and respect, offering clear and practical solutions throughout. She resolved my concerns efficiently and remained calm, soft-spoken, and reassuring at all times. A real credit to her, and someone I would always look up to and trust to handle my calls whenever the situation warrants.

If there was Zero

If there was Zero, I would choose that.

Called multiple times to solve an issue was told it was resolved. Then 3 months later get a letter regarding the same thing. Called a further 2 times was promised a call back and nobody called me, asked to speak to a manager the advisor said they will pass on the message, I asked of a timeframe of when they will callback, apparently there is no SLA for a manager to call back. All customer service departments normally advise 24-48 working hours. Issue still not resolved no call back as of yet. Spoke to advisors Zayn and 2 different Mohammad’s.

i spoke with chloe today. she was super helpful and efficient. would recommend her and her company for being approachable and friendly. its a bit scary but that put you at ease.

Good experience

Phoned the first time and had a less than enjoyable time with the phone agent who just wouldn't listen to me. Got in touch with Ashleigh on the web chat, a much better experience. Listened to me and sorted my payment with no hassle.
