I called to discuss payment plan and support , I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Anantha, he was so kind and dealt with my anxiety so well . He was empathetic, professional and clear and made the whole experience easier. Thank you Anantha for being so patient with me .

Very efficient and polite service. Never fun finding out you have an unpaid debt, but they handled it well and it was sorted on webchat in minutes. The handler - Oliver - deserves a special mention

We had to use this company as no fault of our own . I just wish to say they handled my account with out any problems and was always there to help us if we need help or advice they always helped us as a company I couldn't of asked for more from them.
We was never pressured for anything if we needed help we emailed them and they always emailed us back within a day or 2 days with the help we needed or the advice we need from them.
We would use this company again but are hoping we dont need to use them again.
The staff seem to be very nice and very friendly so we couldn't of asked for more from this company.

They do not know enough about HMRC work to deal with HMRC debt collection kept be confused between self assessment and simple assessment

The lady I spoke to was helpful , empathetic and constructive in seeking a solution.

Apparently legitmised by HMRC, these skimmers just send demands telling you to pay them £whatever because HMRC said so.
A flagrant disregard to privacy and information security, served with a heavy side of "you can speak to HMRC" about it follows, Feel free to ask them what share of the £whatever debt they are taking instead of HMRC and where it is going. I'm still waiting for that answer and others.
To complete the circle of grift, they also have an "autonomous" customer complaints dept that apparently operates in glorious isolation from the contact center.
