I came across Age Care Bathrooms by searching on Google as I was looking for bathroom solution for my elderly mother who is 87 years old and now has mobility issues. I ordered a brochure through the website and proceeded to give them a call to ask some questions. I can honestly say I was very impressed with Molly she was so helpful and was able to answer all my questions (I gave her quite a grilling poor girl) she said she could see I had requested a brochure and she said she would put it in the next days post, sure enough it arrived I had a look through with my mum and we decided that a wet room would fit the bill. I wasted no time and rang back spoke to Molly who made arrangements for a house visit with Paul the following week, from the two times of speaking with her I had a feeling of confidence that we had chosen the right company.
Paul turned up with a comprehensive assortment of flooring and wall cladding etc, he gave us an insight to his company and again he just gave us a sense of security about using this amazing company by telling us that he only ever uses their own fitters so there is no using subcontractors. He took pictures and added notes of what we wanted and sent the information back to the office for Amanda to put together a computerised picture and quote. Honestly we didn’t look back, four weeks later two very nice guys turned up John and Harry worked so hard and very cleanly were very respectful of my mum , making sure she was happy with everything, asked her where she wanted the grab rails put in order for them to be of maximum benefit to her. They were absolutely brilliant to have around and my mum is normally very nervous of having strangers in the house but these guys were a dream team and we would highly recommend this company to anyone, they finished the job in 3 days and the transformation is amazing. Well done and thank you Age Care Bathrooms my mum has a bathroom she can now use !!

Age Care Bathrooms did fantastic job on our New Bathroom. I would recommend them 100% the staff are fantastic they design your bathroom for your needs! Fitters who fitted are bathroom where Brilliant they are always on time work long hours to finish the job ASAP! fitted my bathroom in 3days plus very clean and tidy too after the bathroom was finished

From the quote through to installation of my parent’s new bathroom Age Care were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They installed the bathroom in three days but had advised that it might take longer if any issues found on site. I waited to write the review until sure that there were no issues and my parents confirmed they were happy. Absolutely would recommend them 100%. Brilliant company.

After having a couple of very stressful experiences with tradesmen I put off remodelling my bathroom until absolutely forced too. Went through the normal checks and balances and finally decided on Age Care - and am so very thankful I did. From initial approach to end job they have been courteous, helpful and totally professional. I particularly liked the fact that they are a family based company who employed their own fitters, who were in a class of their own and went above and beyond in their thoughtfulness and care as well as being a pleasure to have in my house. One or two little details to complete job but am assured these will be dealt with promptly. Have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

Age Care Bathrooms have just completed the conversion of my mother's downstairs cloakroom to a wet room with shower. The service which we have received from the company has been excellent right from the initial contact through to the completion of the work. The admin team responded promptly to all my queries and the installation work was completed quickly and professionally with minimum inconvenience to my mum. Everybody is thrilled with the result. I would thoroughly recommend Age Care Bathrooms to anybody who is considering engaging them. You will not be disappointed.

We have had an excellent service from this company. Our first query and quote were dealt with promptly and efficiently. We were provided with a detailed and itemised quote together with excellent computer drawings. The installation date was advised well in advance and there were no subsequent changes. The bathroom was installed extremely efficiently and all resulting debris was completely removed for disposal. We are extremely pleased with our refurbished bathroom which will meet our needs as we get older. Any minor teething problems following the installation were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The attitude from all personnel associated with this company has been excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any person requiring a similar installation.

We have had great service from AgeCare from the initial enquiry right through to completing the work. Enquiries were answered speedily , all dates and deadlines were met, in fact the work was finished early. The fitters were efficient, tidy, quiet and professional. We are just waiting for one very minor problem to be sorted and have every confidence that it will be.

From the Initial enquiry about updating my parents’-home bathroom, to a more practical and safer bathing experience, up to very recent completion, it has been a most satisfying experience Liasing with the AgeCare Bathroom team.
As we live in Australia it was very reassuring discussing this project with Amanda and Sam, along with my parents input, prior to work commencing.
The completed project is of a very high standard and has been installed as planned, my parents are very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the job. Paul, Harry and Sam related well with my parents, working to a high standard, and ensured they left a tidy and clean workspace on completion of each days work.
