We are really pleased with our new toilet and basin which was fitted with care and attention to detail. Took the old set away and left room clean and tidy.

Age Care are very difficult to fault, helpful, responsive and no messing about. Mollie was so helpful in working out the final design, gave time to reflect any changes we made were not met with a negative vibe she wanted to ensure we were 100% clear with the spec.

Lee was the gentleman who undertook the majority of the installation of our wet room, polite, professional, approachable and his work ethic was just amazing. I don’t often write reviews but I would recommend Age Care to any and everybody, the project has helped us to better look after my father and support his health needs and Age Care really understood what we were trying to achieve - much much appreciated

Thank you Roger...who did the survey and gave some good adviced. Everything went plain sailing and done with in 3 days...removal of a bath and shower installed. Kevin and Lewis were amazing, very professional, tidy, polite and my mum felt at ease with them. I would definitely recommend this company for quality products and service, as we've also had a stairlift from them. Thank you for making life easier for my parents.

Everything happened as said it would. No hassles at any point, You always have somebody to talk to asap. The actual fitters Lee and Harry were fabulous, quick, neat professional and gentlemen. The bathroom finish was absolutely neat and perfect. Looking forward to get the second bathroom done with them.

Age care bathrooms did a brilliant job installing a walk in shower for my mother in law.
It took two days and we were highly impressed by the attitude and level of workmanship. My mother in law was over the moon.
They cleared up afterwards and left the place in pristine condition.
Well worth the money.

Top Team!! Excellent service from the first telephone call right through to the finished work and beyond. Paul and his team fitted my elderly dad's wet room after knocking a wall out to join the toilet and bathroom. The standard of work, reliability, top quality products, long hours worked, cleanliness, minimised disruption all add up to excellent, professional customer service where all involved went above and beyond. My dad was treated with respect and consideration throughout by everyone.
Nothing was too much trouble, even additions and idea changes along the way. Both myself and my dad are thrilled and satisfied beyond words. My Mother needed a complete refurbishment of her existing bathroom, which not only needed the removal of a large redundant hot water tank cupboard but also hadn’t been redecorated in over three decades. My main contact at Age Care was both helpful and patient (I had many questions) until the layout/price etc had been agreed. The Age Care fitters were both professional and pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and when the job was finished, you’d hardly know they’d been there. Except my Mother now has a stylish and safe bathroom completed in an even shorter amount of time than had been agreed. I would recommend Age Care to anyone who needs to consider an easy access bathroom solution.

Amazing company and worked hard to create the bathroom I required. Clean and tidy too and worked extremely hard to make the bathroom in the minimum time needed.

My parents had an existing shower room converted into a wet room and the service from the start was outstanding, everyone concerned was really helpful and they did a very professional job as well as cleaning up after themselves perfectly. Overall a wonderful experience for my parents. Thank you.

Existing shower converted to a wet room within a fortnight or so of our acceptance of the estimate.They also did a brilliant job installing one for my wife’s parents, aged in their nineties, a couple of years ago.Excellent communication from Mollie over the last few months, had to bear with us because of health issues which arose, and nice to speak to Mollie and Chris on the phone! Brilliant job by Lee and Harry, nothing too much trouble for them , incomparable standards( previous installers c. 25 years ago absolute rubbish in comparison) and thanks to Sam for the survey and helpful suggestions. Brilliant everyone! Almost feel sorry not to be keeping in touch in the future. Will not hesitate to recommend to all and sundry.

Age Care showed outstanding professionalism throughout the whole proceess.They immediately understood our needs and then, after careful consultation, installed a wet room and refurbished loo within the remarkable time of just 3 days.
The 2 fitters had all the skills required for the job so they could deal with the electrics, the plumbing and the decorating, thereby elminating the nightmare of workers trundling through the house for weeks on end. They worked very long hours, were very considerate and courteous and they left the finished rooms in an immaculate condition.
We could not be more pleased with Age Care and our quality of life has been much improved. 5 stars without question.

A minor issue after the installation was resolved very promptly so great after sales support.

The team at Age Care bathrooms are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble from the beginning to the end of the process. A true family approach with individuals who wanted to make sure that the bathroom and subsequent kitchen were fitted to the right specifications for my mum. All aspects were carefully considered and it as a result mum has her independence for longer which is invaluable. Thanks

I came across Age Care Bathrooms by searching on Google as I was looking for bathroom solution for my elderly mother who is 87 years old and now has mobility issues. I ordered a brochure through the website and proceeded to give them a call to ask some questions. I can honestly say I was very impressed with Molly she was so helpful and was able to answer all my questions (I gave her quite a grilling poor girl) she said she could see I had requested a brochure and she said she would put it in the next days post, sure enough it arrived I had a look through with my mum and we decided that a wet room would fit the bill. I wasted no time and rang back spoke to Molly who made arrangements for a house visit with Paul the following week, from the two times of speaking with her I had a feeling of confidence that we had chosen the right company.
Paul turned up with a comprehensive assortment of flooring and wall cladding etc, he gave us an insight to his company and again he just gave us a sense of security about using this amazing company by telling us that he only ever uses their own fitters so there is no using subcontractors. He took pictures and added notes of what we wanted and sent the information back to the office for Amanda to put together a computerised picture and quote. Honestly we didn’t look back, four weeks later two very nice guys turned up John and Harry worked so hard and very cleanly were very respectful of my mum , making sure she was happy with everything, asked her where she wanted the grab rails put in order for them to be of maximum benefit to her. They were absolutely brilliant to have around and my mum is normally very nervous of having strangers in the house but these guys were a dream team and we would highly recommend this company to anyone, they finished the job in 3 days and the transformation is amazing. Well done and thank you Age Care Bathrooms my mum has a bathroom she can now use !!
