Good communication via email but I couldn't get through via phone

I recently purchased a walk in shower tray and screen.
Delivery was prompt and on first inspection everything looked fine with no obvious damage, when I went to install the tray a few days later it was found to be badly warped. The only good point is that after a phone call a new tray was delivered a few days later and this one was ok.
I would advise taking a careful look at any items purchased for damage ( or out of true surfaces in the case of a shower tray )
After my experience I am a bit suspect of the quality but maybe I was unlucky.

Lovely shower door

All arrived quickly and safely. Shower door is just what we needed.

Great quality items at an inexpensive price. Had to return one of the items, this was easy, one of the shower enclosures was missing the magnetic catch, this was sent within 2 days.
So some problems but resolved quickly and without undue stress

First class service from start to finish, despite an error on my part with the order the problem was sorted out quickly and effiently by staff , delighted with the product.

I had bought a shower glass enclosure in 2023 for a renovation I’ve only just got round to doing one the bathrooms and I dropped a flipper panel and damaged it.
Got in touch with Aica and gave them the details of what I needed, super fast response by Lisa who was very helpful and luckily they had what I needed.
Great price on the items I originally ordered which were of great quality and no parts were missing and everything well wrappped. Great price on the spares I needed too.
Would definitely use them again highly recommend this company great service and communication.

Excellent company to deal with would not hesitate to recommend them

Good delivery product as expected

Only complaint was no info to tell us when the delivery was coming. Just luck we were in.
Everything else was great.

Great product super serviceable delivery

Great communication, quick delivery and very competitively priced!

Great price. Smooth and rapid delivery. Recommended

Very good quality at a very good price. Delivered within the time slot advised. The only negative is regarding the poor delivery driver. He was on his own, with no mechanical means of help, just brute force, to carry the stone shower tray and the shower unit with 8mm glass, on his own!!
Apart from that, I have no hesitation in recommending Alicante Bathrooms.

Product not delivered

Process was easy, reasonably priced screens and quick delivery

Great quality good value for money

Radiator was of good quality, and arrived within 3 days.
Perfect

I had not heard about Aica bathrooms before but I have found their website to be easy to use, delivery arrived in the 3-5 days quoted and when I had an issue with an item it was quickly resolved by a member of their team

Didn’t give any between times for delivery just a particular day. I replied to the text which said they should ring me on the day to advise that I would need to be called to advise when they were on their way or a rough time. The next day I received a phone call from the driver advising me he was stood at my front door. I advised him that I said I needed to be rang and he said he could leave it as long as I messaged to say it was ok. I did contact Aica to advise them and they did respond professionally and quickly which has made me give 3 stars instead of 2. The shower enclosure that I got really isn’t great at all. It’s very flimsy and the pivot hinge doors have a mind of their own, there no real control as to how you want them to open and it’s probably only a matter of time before one breaks but I suppose you get what you pay for.
Edit: thank you for the reply. You tried to make it better by offering me £12 to change my review then offered me £24 but the strict instructions were only if I changed my review first! Obviously I didn’t accept because that’s underhand and deceitful and my review is genuine.
