I am still waiting delivery which was supposed to arrive the 4th and then the 8th of April. I bought assumingitwas an Irish website, which delivered to ireland, then I had to pay extra for delivery,and because of ups service I will have to pay another charge and waiting weeks for the product.

We understand your disappointment regarding the delivery timeline and the additional charges. Please note that we are a UK-based company, and for deliveries to Ireland, there can unfortunately be additional shipping and import-related charges, which are handled by the courier and local authorities.
Regarding your order, the delay appears to be due to UPS service and transit issues, which are unfortunately outside of our direct control. However, we are actively following up with the courier to ensure your parcel is delivered as soon as possible.

My mirror shipped from UK to Ireland, and incurred a €30 postage fee. The Company told me so, and gave the option to cancel the order. But I was okay with this.
What I wasn't aware of was the duty, vat, and courier administration charge (!!!), added another €45. Ow.
Undo Brexit.

We completely understand your frustration regarding the additional VAT, customs duty, and courier administration charges when shipping from the UK to Ireland. Unfortunately, these charges are applied by local customs authorities and couriers and are outside of our control. As a UK-based company, orders shipped to Ireland may be subject to these additional fees following Brexit, and we do try to highlight this in our shipping information.

Great company and great people…
This is the second time i have used this company. It wont be the last. This time I ordered two radiators. I called customer service to ask if he could get the rads checked out for damage before they shipped because my first order was for a large kitchen rad which when delivered had a damaged bracket. This damage was soon corrected by us so no problem. customer service said that it was no problem. He did say that one of two rads was out of stock and that there was a lead time on it which was going to cause me a problem. But He said let me look into it a get back to you .That afternoon i received an email saying it was all ok and that she would ship the order that afternoon. Low and behold I received the shipment the next day .All in perfect condition. So if you have any Questions with what you are buying contact customer service. Great doing business with a company that does what it says it is going to.

Excellent mirror dispatched quickly and great value for money.
My only suggestion would be to have the lead from the back of the mirror coming out into the gap between the back of the mirror and the glass itself. That way the mirror will sit more flush to the wall
