Alectrona Avaliações

We enquired on Monday and the additional GivEnergy battery was installed on Wednesday of the same week!
Excellent service from Ron who is very knowledgeable.

We decided to treat ourselves to an upgrade to our existing solar system, and after a little searching, it became evident that Ron and his team provide the service and support we required. Decommissioning and recommissioning our new inverter and a wall-mounted Fogstar battery (which is of substantial size and weight compared to the original) was completed swiftly and competently. The installation was perfectly executed, and all upgraded paperwork for the increased battery export capacity was handled by Ron. I have no hesitation in recommending this team of support technicians to you.

I chose Alectrona for installation of solar panels and batteries after also enquiring with other company’s. Alectrona didn’t mess me about with sales pitches, I just wanted to know cost, time span, and savings. Within a month of enquiring I now have solar. The drone model was excellent to visualise the finished install. They were very informative and kept in contact throughout with when the scaffolding was going up and delivery of equipment. Would highly recommend.

From the initial consultation, it was evident to me that they are engineering led. They don't simply install and leave; they strive to deliver the best possible solution tailored to your needs. They carried out the initial consultation, attentively listened to our requirements, and provided an excellent quotation including a 3D model of our house without the sales pressure typically seen from other companies I've encountered. The installation went smoothly and I was promptly called afterwards to assist with getting setup on the App.
